Natalie's POV.
"Do you think this is going to work?" I asked Max. "It will, and if it doesn't then you just run until you find the road." I nodded and he gives me a small knife so that I can cut free from the rope. "Okay." I said. We had already planned the escape, all we need to do now is wait for Ben to come back soon from wherever he went.

Charles POV
I made sure that JP was watching Noah and Elijah at the hotel before leaving. Me and Adam were in the car following the police cars in front of us. "Can they drive any faster?" I say frustrated. I don't know what Ben has done or what he's planning to do to Natalie but I need to get there fast so we can end this. "Charles we're literally speeding. Calm down, we'll be there in no time." I sigh and look out the window.

As we came to a stop at the forest and in front of a cabin, everyone started getting out of their cars. Just as I was about to close my door, I noticed movement from the trunk of the car. "Elijah what the hell are you doing here?" I asked as he climbed over the backseat and out of the car. "I'm here because I want to help. I know I'm just a kid but I just wanted to be here to make sure my mom was ok." "Where's Noah? Is he ok?"
"Yes he's fine. He's still asleep back at the hotel with JP. I snuck out when he went to the bathroom. Please just let me stay?" "Okay fine. You stay close by the cops or actually sit in the squad car. This is a serious situation so you need to be careful. Don't do anything until they tell you too or I tell you too okay?" He nods and goes to the police officers.

Natalie's POV
Minutes after we heard Ben pull up, we hear sirens. I perk up in hope and excitement. Ben finally comes rushing inside and looks a little panicked. I quickly mask my hope and we start the plan. "Ah Max, how was it? Did you enjoy it?" He asks Max who looks at me with fake enjoyment. "It was good." He said. Ben had a bag with him and as he goes to put it down, Max gives me the signal to start cutting my ropes. "So.... what happens now?" Max asks. "Well, as you can hear, the police are outside so we're actually running out of time. I say we do what we did again, but this time tape her and sent it to her beloved Charles. One last time for the finale." I was utterly disgusted. When I was free, I lock eyes with Max and he nods his head. He grabs a beer bottle and hits Ben with it and Ben falls to the ground. I run out of the room and maneuver my way around the cabin, Max following me. I hear Ben getting back up as soon as I find the door but that wasn't all. I also heard the click of a gun.

I quickly run out of the cabin and outside to see a lot of police cars and Charles, Adam, and Elijah. They all see me and when I immediately run to them, police wrap a blanket around me and start asking questions but I quickly tune them out when Elijah runs up to me and hugs me. "Mommy!" He says. I squeeze him tight. "I'm right here sweetie." The thought of Ben and his gun had left my mind, but it shouldn't have. Right before I was about to let Elijah go and turn to Charles, all I hear is a single shot and then multiple shots. "Noooo." Yells Charles while I'm just frozen in shock. I shakily look down to see a hole and blood on Elijah's back. He unwraps his hands from around me and falls to the ground. That's when I see the gunshot wound in his chest and also see the one in my chest. I immediately become lightheaded and fall to the ground. Charles drops to the ground to hold me as Adam runs to Elijah. I've been shot and it went through Elijah too. I look over at Elijah and back to Charles. "Oh my god Charles...... Elijah's shot."

Those were my last words before everything went black.
