"Carter" I turn as coach calls for me.
"Sir?" I say wrapping the towel around my neck, as I turn to face him, the changing room around us emptying fast.
"Good game out there today" he praises and I cross my arms and raise my eyebrow at him, what was he after now.

"Well. our PR team have been working hard to build your image within the team and have come across an opportunity they think you'll be perfect for" he tells me smiling.
I groan "What do they want me to do, i'm staying focussed on the game, I don't want to be some poster boy, I can't afford and don't want to go out and play the publicity game."

"Its nothing like that, I promise, I know how much this means to you and I wouldn't bring you anything that would mess with either you or the team" he promises and I sigh.

"Okay, hit me with it" I sit down on the bench and wait for the axe to fall.
"We have noticed a lot of interest in the sport from England are lucky to have secured the services of a blogger, they will be arriving on Monday and here for the whole season, during that time, they're job is to follow you, your training, your ability and talent and how you are in real life" he said, sounding excited but I freeze.

"You want some reporter to follow my every move?" I growl and he looks surprised at my reaction. "I don't want this, let one of the others have the chance"
"PR is part of your contract and the team feel this is an excellent opportunity for you, I'm sorry son, but you don't have any choice, it's already been decided, one last thing, they will be using the spare room in your apartment, PR thought it would be best and cheaper than a hotel" he slaps me on the back and leaves me there fuming.

"At least tell me they know the game?" I shout after him but he's already gone.
