~3rd POV~

Vylad sat on the girls' couch, reading a book. He hums while turning the page, a smile on his face. He lightly jumps in surprise when his phone rings, making him lose his spot on the page. He takes out his phone and answers it. "Hello?" He said. A feminine voice can be heard. "Hey mom, how are you ... Huh? What!? No, no, I'm not in town or anything, ahaha..." He trailed off, laughing nervously. "WHAT!? HOW'D YOU FIND OUT!? ... A selfie Garroth sent you? UGH, GARROTH! ... Mom, mom! Please, I'm a grown adult. I don't need anyone to help me out! ... Oh. So you aren't going to... You just wanted to- ... Huh? Zane? ... Yeah, he's fine. Why do you ask? ... What? A selfie of me, him, and- OH! You must mean (Y/N) and Aphmau! Yeah, they've grown up quite a bit, haven't they? They're such sweethearts too. ... What? (Y/N) AND ZANE, DATING!? THEM!? Mom, first off- ... ME AND APHMAU DATING AS WELL!? Mom, that's not- ... No, mom, it's not what you think it is. Zane and (Y/N) are not dating at all whatsoever, they're just friends while me and Aphmau are just friends as well! Stop making assumptions about people's-" Vylad was cut off by the sound of crying on the other end of the phone.

"Mom? Mom. Mommy, calm down. Don't cry, please." More crying could be heard. "Mom." Vylad sighed. "I'm sorry. Aphmau and I are indeed dating while Zane and (Y/N) are also indeed dating." High pitched squealing can be heard. "Yes Mom, we all know you believe in Zane and that one day he would find love- ... WAIT, WHAT!? MOM, YOU CAN'T COME INTO TOWN! NOT AFTER-" Vylad's phone went silent. "Mom? MOM!? HELLO!?" He pulled the phone away from his ear. "Oh shoot, my battery! Oh crud, oh crud, oh crud! What have I done!? I HAVE TO CALL GARROTH AND ZANE!" He shouted. Vylad dashes over the couch and out the door, running across the street to Garroth's house. He runs up the steps and starts rapidly knocking on the door.

Garroth hears the rapid knocking and opens the door.

"GARROTH!" Vylad shouted.

"Hey Vylad, are you okay? You look a little pale and out of breath." Garroth said.

"MY PHONE JUST DIED AND I-" Vylad started, but was cut off by Garroth.

"Oh you need a charger! Not to worry baby brother, I have an extra and-" Garroth said, but was cut off by Vylad.

"NO! IT'S NOT THAT!" Vylad shouted.

"Calm down, Vylad. Jeez, you getting worked up over a charger? I-" Garroth was cut off by his phone ringing. "Huh? Oh! It's mummy!" He exclaimed, a smile forming on his face.

"GARROTH, NO!" Vylad shouted, but it was too late.

Garroth picks up the phone. "Mummy! It's so great to hear from you! I- ... Huh? Vylad? He hung up on you!? Oh no, I don't think it was that. His phone just died and he's here getting a charger. ... Mm-hmm...Mm-hmm...oh. Right, that makes sense. He wanted to surprise you himself. I really shouldn't have sent you that picture. ... Zane? What about him? ... (Y/N)!? ... MUMMY, WHERE DID YOU HEAR THIS FROM!? ... VYLAD!? ... HIM AND APHMAU!? I think you have your facts wrong, Mummy. Vylad and Aphmau are just very good friends, they aren't dating. Zane and (Y/N) are just very good friends as well, they aren't dating either. ... OH YES, BECAUSE EVERYONE WHO TAKES A SELFIE TOGETHER IS OBVIOUSLY DATING. NO I'M NOT JEALOUS! I just know they aren't dating!" Crying can be heard over the phone. "Mummy! Don't cry! PLEASE, YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE ME..." Garroth said, tears already starting to well up.

"Garroth, be strong!" Vylad whispered.

"AHEM. Mummy, Zane and (Y/N) are dating while Vylad and Aphmau are dating. They love each other very much. Zane ISN'T a loser like VYLAD thought he would be, hehehehe." Garroth said, giggling at the end. High pitched squealing can once again be heard over the phone.

"Garroth!" Vylad shouted.

"Huh? YOU'RE COMING TO VISIT!? WAIT, ZANE AND (Y/N) ARE- ... Okay. Alright. I understand. I love you too, Mummy. See you soon." Garroth hangs up the phone, his face starting to turn pale. "WE NEED TO GET TO ZANE'S HOUSE RIGHT NOW!" He shouted.
