Chapter 11

Charlie's P.O.V.

"And this is backstage." I say after showing Matt around.

"It looks boring apart from the free booze and well that's about it." I explained to him as we seat in a private room.

"So tell me about yourself then... I mean apart from being The Charlie of course." Matt speaks after a couple seconds of silence.

"I'm quite close to my family. Umm.... I love jazz for sure and well I really wanted to go to college for criminology but that's something I'm never going to do." I tell Matt about my life.

"What about you?" I ask him as he holds my hand.

"Well other than not liking jazz... at all. I'm also very close to my family and I like podcasts." Matt says introducing himself.

"So why don't you go to college?" Matt asks me before I chuckle.

"I don't have time. Like at all to do anything I enjoy apart from work." I explain to him before he nods.

"Apart from work?" Matt asks me before I nod once again.

"Don't get me wrong. I do love work but I can't do other things I love." I explain to him.

"Other things you love?" Matt asks me with a smirk before I playfully roll my eyes.

"Yes like.... I don't know like-" I say before Matt's lip slowly collides with mine.

"Mhmm." I whisper as our lips move in sync.

My hands move to his neck to pull his closer while Matt's hands move to my hips and slowly push me to the couch.

"Char-"

I push Matt off me as soon as I hear my name being called.

"Sorry." I say awkward as I try to not make eye contact.

"I can leave if you want." He says awkwardly before I chuckle.

"No no no." I say as I get off the couch.

"Matt and I were just leaving. Our friends are waiting for us." I explain to Harry Styles as he is standing in front of me.

"But they could always wait a little longer." Harry says before he brings me into a hug.

"Now introduce me to this lovely gentlemen." Harry says after we let go off each other.

"Harry this is Matt. Matt this is -" I say introducing each other but get interrupted by Matt.

"Harry Styles." Matt says interrupting me.

"Of course." Matt whispers to himself yet I can hear him.

"Matt, can you go give the bags back? I'll be there in a few."

After Matt leaves, Harry turns around to face me with a smirk on his face.

"So that's the guy you're head over hills for?" Harry says with his accent before I nod.

"I wouldn't say I'm head over hills." I comment before he chuckles.

"Charlie always Charlie. Ignoring the fact that you have feelings from anyone."

"I am not ignoring the fact."

"You're not agreeing."

"Whatever, Harry."

"I assume his not the most famous guy." Harry says after a couple seconds of silence before I chuckle.

"I don't mind. I like it just like that."

"He doesn't."

"What are you talking about?"

"You didn't see it? When I came in, he acted like I was a threat."

"You are a threat."

"Wow, I see how it is." Harry says before we both chuckle.

"You should talk to him about it. I know this isn't in my ball park but you should. Even though I know you won't because you hate talking about feelings." Harry continues to talk.

"He's probably going to forget." I comment before Harry shakes his head.

"He won't."

"Why didn't you date Niall?" Harry asks me before I roll my eyes.

"We all know you both madly loved each other. You always thought you didn't deserve him. I mean he is from One Direction." Harry says proving a point.

"Do you think that is how he is feeling?" I ask Harry before he nods.

"Guess I better to fix that."

"Not so fast. You better text me so I can see you before I go back home." Harry says before I rush out of the tent.

I don't want Matt thinking that I deserve better because honestly he deserves better than me.

"Charlie!" Everyone yells as soon as I approach them.

"Missed me?" I ask them before they all cheer.

"I mean after you got us the alcohol, I don't think we need her anymore." Corinna says before I roll my eyes trying to play it cool.

"Did a celebrity get you occupied backstage?" Carly asks before I nod making eye contact with Matt.

"Uhh get some!" Heath yells before I chuckle.

"Maybe later." I joke awkwardly before Matt and I break our eye contact.

"Uhh maybe later." Jonah cheers before I roll my eyes once more at him.

"I had so much fun today!" I exclaim as I lay down on my bed after a long yet fun day.

"As much fun as you had with Matt backstage?" Natalie jokes as she is changing outfits to something more comfortable.

"I need to give you money for the shoes." I tell her before she chuckles.

"I knew it! It took way to long." Natalie cheers before I laugh.

"I really like him."

"Don't worry he'll come around."

KNOCK

"Who is it?" I ask loud enough for the person outside the door to hear.

"Jeff, I just need to talk to you in private." He says from the other side of the door.

"I'll be back." I tell Natalie before getting up from my bed.

I walk out of our room before closing the door behind me so Jeff won't see Natalie changing.

"Let's go to my room. That's the only place with enough privacy." Jeff says as we started to walk together.

"That's good with me."

After a couple of seconds of walking, we made it to his room before he closes and locks the door behind us.

"Sorry just for precaution." Jeff says as he knows why I'm wondering on why he locked the door.

"So what is all the mystery about?"

"I might or might not have messed up your relationship with Matt or whatever you guys have."

"What?" I ask confuse on what he did.

"I mean it can't be that bad." I reassure him before he shakes his head.

This is not good.
