Chapter 17

Charlie's P.O.V.

Matt and I have worked out our problems and he is finally okay with my being friends with Niall if we are not alone in a room.
Also, Herman and my little bother, Theodor, and Herman's girlfriend is also here for dinner. Their just here for the weekend to spend time with me since I don't have to go to set.

"Babe, you are not going to be left out," I tell Matt as I give my keys to the valet parking worker for Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.

"You think so? I am going to be the only person who isn't your sibling at the table." Matt comments before I roll my eyes, he is being very insecure.

"Do not forget the fact that you already meet Herman plus his girlfriend is also here," I mention before Matt opens the door for me to walk in.

"Babe, just do it for me." I continue to speak before he nods.

"Fine."

"Hi, we have a reservation for four-," I tell the hostess before she writes down something in a piece of paper not letting me finish.

"Follow me." The hostess says before she leads us to the back room.

In the backroom, you can see both of my brothers, Herman and Teodor. Of course, Herman's girlfriend, Amalie, is also sitting down at the table.

"Herman, Teodor!" I say excitedly as I see my siblings.

I quickly hug all of my brothers plus Amalie before taking a seat beside Matt and Teodor. I have seen Herman recently but I haven't seen Teodor in almost a year since I was not able to make it last Christmas or New Year.

We all order our food choices from the menu.

"Oh gosh, Charlie before we came here Teodor decided to watch videos of you all growing up," Amelie says breaking the silence, she has always been good at this.

"And we saw your auditions for Lizzie McGuire. It was very funny." Teodor says before laughing a bit and I roll my eyes.

"That was such a long time ago, we should just forget it ever happened," I say not trying to bring my embarrassing moments from the past.

"You know is very funny to watch? You can see in every birthday video of Teodor, Charlie blows his candles. Every single one since he was young." Herman comments into the conversation before I chuckle.

I still remember that video our parents did as a montage of all the time I blew out Teodor's candles. They had to light up the candles again so Teodor wouldn't cry.

"That sounds just like Charlie," Matt mentions after he puts his hand on my thigh.

"Actually, Charlie did something this past week. I can't recall why she left David's, my friends, house before me but I gave her my keys so she can sleep at my house instead of driving 40 minutes back to her. She had the audacity to fall asleep without putting the keys back inside." Matt continues to speak before I giggle, this is quite true.

"What did you finish doing?" Teodor asks Matt as he is in complete shock.

"I just sleep in my car."

"Charlie, you are a bad girlfriend!" Herman comments before I shake my head.

"I am teaching Matt very important life skills." I correct my brother before Matt chuckles knowing there is no life skill for that.

"Like how to survive a night in the wilderness?" Amelie asks me before I nod, she always has my side.

After eating and a couple of drinks, we all made our way to David's house to see what everyone was up to.

"Matt!" I yell as I walk back into the living room to see him hiding by my little brother, Teodor, as David won't stop trying to hit him with a paintball.

"Help me!" Matt yells back at him before he runs and hides after me.

"Now he is going to hit me," I tell Matt as Natalie is filming all of this while David turns the paintball gun at me.

"You don't like me enough to take a paintball for me?" Matt asks me offended before I roll my eyes.

"You are literally throwing me into the mouth of a lion so you can get away," I comment before David laughs knowing I am right.

"Matt, you have three seconds!" David yells before Matt screams of fear.

"Shoot me, bitch!" Matt yells back to David.

"You little fucker," I yell as I fall into the ground groning in pain.

"Ahh," Matt yells as David finally hits him after hitting me six times.

I look down at my leg to find it bleeding. How the heck does David have good enough to hit me six times in the same spot?

"I think I might faint," I say at the sight of blood rushing down my leg.

"We better take her to the hospital," Mariah says after she walks into the living room due to all the screaming.

"Yes, more content!" David says as he grabs the camera from Natalie and puts it right on my face.

"Yes, David?" I ask him a bit annoyed due to the fact that I am bleeding on the floor because of him.

"How do you feel? Apart from the pain?" David asks as he is looking through his camera to make sure I am in the whole frame.

"Apart from the thoughts in my head saying to kill you? I am quite good." I tell David with a serious face as I already want my leg back together.

"Matt, help your girlfriend up," Mariah says as she is standing beside me.

"Charlie, can you afford to pay an ambulance?" David asks me before I nod.

"I can afford it but I'll only pay it if you don't shoot me again with that freaking paint gun," I tell him before he nods.

"Sounds like a deal. Jason call the ambulance!" Jason ordered.

I get on the ambulance with David so he can record me while everyone else goes on their separate cars. Well, I think this is a memory that we will never forget plus we get more views so I can't be that mad.
