Mallory's Pov- 6 months away at  college had not been too bad. I had been making good grades throughout the six months and I had made some new friends.

I was making my usual routine to my 8 am math class. Uggh I absolutely hated math. I made good grades in it, but absolutely despised it.I mean why should I take something that I am not even going to use in the real world let alone major in it.

I was walking toward professor Wards Math. When I bump into someone and all my books and papers come flying out. I immediately take to floor. As I was going down I bumped heads with this said individual.

"Sorry about that." It was young guy. He had begin scooping up my things and turning around him grabbing excess stuff. I watch him and then pretend to go at imaginary things when he turns back around. He smirks and sticks his hand out "Matthew, Matthew Winters." He sticks his hand out. I shake it. "Shall we introduce ourselves at a more so proper level?" He says guestering to us squatting on the floor. I giggle a bitup. nd nod my head.

We stand up and I shake his hand again. "My name is Mallory, Mallory Peters." I say. He smiles. "What are you majoring in Mallory?." He asks. "English literature, I want to teach English at a college level." I say.

"Professor Peters does sound pretty sweet." He says. I smirk. "What about you?." I ask. "Mathematics, I would like to teach college level Math some day." He says. "Well it would be real grand to see a professor Winters one day." I say.

He drops his head a bit and grins he looks back up and meets my eyes. "So uhh what class do you have next?." He asks. "Professor Wards Math." I say. "Me too." He says. "Then I have professor Lawrence for Shakespeare literature." I state. "Me too, Why should have to take English classes when I am majoring in math?." Matthew says.

"I could say the same for Math." I say laughing. He looks at me and smiles. "Say do you want to I don't know carry this conversation on to math?." He says. I nod and start walking with him. "Sure I don't see harm in that." I say. Things were looking up for me.
