Chapter 44

Mallory's Pov- Today was my big day it was December 27th my wedding date and I was looking forward to it. The wedding was taking place outside on a hilltop. The snow was falling gracefully as the sun shined it's own glory. I stood down the hill and get situated as Matthew was at the top of the hill with his buddies at this point many were probably taking their seats.

I rub my 8th month stomach and close my eyes and take in the moment. Everyone has been so kind to help me and I couldn't be ever so greatful. Avril and mom help attach my viel.

Liam comes down the hill and walks over to us. Avril rests a hand on her forhead. "Liam what are doing get back up there." Avril demands. Liam calls down to her.

"We have to escort the bridesmaids remember?." Liam says. "Right my bad." liam goes behind me and kisses  mom on the cheek. "Hey hon." Mom says. He steps in front of me and begins to squint I could see his eyes becoming glassy and watery before a small tear goes down his cheek. "Liam? Are you...are crying?." I say.

He quickly wipes his tear away. "Damn onions." He mutters which receives and uproar of laughter. He laughs along too before getting serious  "You look beautiful Mallory." He says. He pulls me into a hug. I start getting a little teary eyed. "Stop it liam you are ruinning my makeup." I say laughing. I give him a kiss on the cheek and he does the same. Dad comes down the hill. "Hey is it a go.?" He asks mom. "Yes." Dad turns toward the hill and gives a thumbs up. I can start to hear music in the background. Dad comes over to my mom. "Your beautiful my dear." The give each other a quick kiss before he comes over to me and stands by me.

Avril and liam hug me once more before locking arms amd start for the alter. Mom turns toward me and hugs me. "My babygirl is getting married." She pulls me into a hug. "And expecting where did the time go.?" she gives me a kiss on my cheek and rests her hands at my shoulders.

"See you on the other side." She then let's me go and starts walking with my mother in law. Evan turns toward me after everyone else has walked and locks my arm with his. "You look amazing my youngest beauty." He says turning me to look at him. "I got it from the best two parents." I say. He chuckles. "I don't know if we're the best, but you know we tried." He says shrugging his shoulders. "You were more than the best." I say. He smiles and hugs me before kissing my cheek. "I love you Mal." He says standing back beginning to cry. "Oh now don't you go to crying on me." I say starting to cry with him. We hug again. "I wish you were little again, you all were. Watching you grow up was so fun, but hard all at once." He says. "You look like your mother on her wedding day." He says with a small smile. We begin start walking down the aisle.

"You nervous?." He asks. "As always." I say turning to him and smiling. We had carolers enetertain the guests with christmas caroles before we all started walking.

As I walk I pass by our guests which consist of a bunch of from Avril's in laws Alicia and Michael to Roseallie and some of her family and then mine and Matthew's main family. I look straight ahead and see Matthew as soon as our eyes me. We start crying he was in awe by me as I was him. I could here small chatter of compliments as I passed which made me smile even wider.

Once I reach the end dad takes my hand and places it in Matthew's. "Goodbye My love." He whispers in my ear and the gives me a kiss on the cheek before sitting by my mother and takes her hand. She leans her head on his shoulder as he gives her hand a small kiss. I was surrounded my love pure, amazing love.
