Blaine walked down the hallway with a confident smile on his face, adjusting his new letterman jacket. He just passed the tryout and he's now officially one of the McKinley High Titans. He couldn't be happier in that very moment, but then something happened.

"What's up gay kid?" Someone said from behind him. He stopped in his tracks and turned around, his jaw dropping to the floor when he saw who the voice belonged to. The cheerleader Santana Lopez. Blaine had to say something to try to keep hiding in the closet.

"I have no idea what you're talking about." He told the Latina who snorted at him.

"Cut the crap and follow me." She told him and started to walk towards an empty classroom and gestured for him to follow her. And he did. When they got inside, Santana locked the door and sat down on a table. Blaine sat down on the opposite side of her.

"Why did you call me gay kid in the hallway?" He asked while staring at his knees.

"My gaydar has never disappointed me." He furrowed his brows and the girl smirked. "It surely didn't disappoint me this time."

"What are you going to do, huh?" He yelled at her, but not loud enough for it to be heard in the hallway. "Tell everyone?"

"You're hot, popular and you're on the football team, so I actually have a proposition for you. A proposition that will be fair for the both of us." She took his hand and continued. "You're not stupid, you know what a beard is. I will be your beard and you will be mine."

"Wait, so you're a..." Santana nodded. "So, what kind of relationship will it be?"

"We'll tell everyone that we're together, including our families who we'll sometimes eat with like a real couple. We'll often make out in public, but we won't get into each other's pants. You can cheat on me as much as you want and I can do the same to you. If one of us should suddenly choose to peek out of the closet, the other one will pretend to not know it, are you in?"

"I'm in."

The memory ran through Blaine' mind as he was eating with his family. His brother Cooper was still in Los Angeles and therefore, Blaine asked him to be Skyping with them that evening because of his big announcement. He was going to come out and he knew that his family would always love and support him. He decided that it was better for them if he told them instead of the person who put the note in his locker. He also wanted to follow the example of Kurt who had been out for almost a month. He looked to his three family members before clearing his throat.

"Father, mother, Cooper, I have an important thing to tell you." His dad looked up ant his youngest son. "I don't exactly know when I started realising it, but now I know myself and I know that I don't wanna hide. I'm just going to get straight to the point. I'm gay." His mother covered her mouth.

"I can use my reaction in a scene some day." Cooper mumbled. Blaine looked to his father.

"Your girlfriend... Santana... does she know?" Blaine sensed his father tensing from his seat across the table. He nodded to the older man.

"Yes, she was the one who started it because... because she's in the closet as well." He heard Cooper laugh.

"Gosh that girl was terrifying." Blaine smiled at his older brother

"Sometimes she scares me too." He turned his attention back to his mother who had removed her hand from her mouth. "Mother, please say something." He pleaded.

"Sweetie, I-I will always love and support you." She said hesitant and then sent her son a kindhearted smile. Blaine looked at his older brother after smiling back at his mother.

"You're going to be a heartbreaker just like me." Cooper laughed a little and his younger brother did the same. "And when you bring home your first boyfriend, I'll gladly fly right back to Lima to greet him at the doorstep and embarrass you, squirt." When he heard his brother's nickname for him, Blaine made a mental note to punch his brother as soon as he saw him again.

"Don't call me that, Coop." He still smiled warmly at his brother, thanking him for supporting him no matter what.

"THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!" The older man that had barely said anything since the announcement yelled while standing up and smacking a glass pitcher full of water off the dining table. It his the ground a little bit away from the table because of the power the man put in the hit and the glass shattered.

"George!" Pam hissed and went to pick up the shattered glass instead of trying to defend his son against his father.

"MY SON CAN'T BE GAY!" Blaine was confused by his father's words. He thought he loved and supported him, but apparently life is full of surprises. He began to tear up.

"Dad..." Blaine sobbed while his dad grew more furious.

"YOU'RE A DISGRACE!" This time it wasn't just a yell, it was a scream. "I CAN'T HAVE A FAG AS A SON!"

"D-dad, please, I-I..." Blaine started to freak out while sobbing rapidly. His father seemed to calm down a little.

"You can stay in this house until I find a way to get you somewhere else. I will allow you to have dinner with us, but other than that, I never want to see you again. Blaine, you're no longer my son." That snapped Blaine back to reality. He took a deep breath and did something he didn't even know he could in a situation like that. He started yelling.

"YOU CAN'T CONTROL MY LIFE!" He yelled, pointing at the older man who sent the teen a death glare. "I didn't CHOOSE TO LOVE BOYS THE WAY YOU WANT ME TO LOVE GIRLS, BUT I DO, AND THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT! YOU ARE THE DISGRACE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T LOVE YOUR OWN CHILD FOR BEING DIFFERENT! I ONCE SAW YOU AS MY FATHER, A MAN THAT COULD BE TRUSTED AND ALWAYS LOVE AND SUPPORT ME, NO MATTER WHAT. BUT NOW, NOW I CAN ONLY SEE A DISGUSTING, LOVELESS AND SELFISH MONSTER!" His words made his mother gasp and his father walk over to him.

"You were pointing! Nice touch!" He heard Cooper mumble from the computer screen.
The last thing Blaine heard was his mother's scream together with Cooper's high pitched scream, and the last thing he felt was the strong hand of his father, balled into a fist, punch his jaw before he hit the floor and everything went black...

AN: I decided to name Blaine's father George because no name was confirmed in the show.
