A/N: This is an NSFW chapter. It wasn't supposed to go like this, but I was intrigued by this new dynamic...

"Let me sleep with you tonight."

Plan's question made Mean smile involuntarily.

"Shhh, not like that. I just don't want..."

"I know."

When they had finally arrived home, they were surprised to find that Mean's parents hadn't returned, yet. The entire house was quiet, and the domestic workers were all either taking their well-earned rest, or were sent back to their posts quickly.

The pressure from the events of the evening had finally fallen off completely, and they were not forced to pretend not to be close anymore. They had been making up for lost time in a shadowy corner of the entrance hall for who knew how long; kissing, true – but more importantly, hugging and holding each other tightly, as if they were both scared to be torn apart the next moment.

That was when Plan had asked to spend the night with him.

Even after coming out to Mean's parents, and after their camping trip had ignited a new fire in them, they were still hesitant to be too obvious about their relationship around the house. So far, they had always returned to their own rooms to sleep, and they hadn't gone past heated make-out sessions at home, yet, either.

Spending the night together in front of Mean's family still felt callous, and they had both been busy with other stuff, anyway.

Mean had to focus on recording his album and preparing his music debut, along with attending courses at Uni and doing his modelling schedules, while Plan had to work hard to prepare for his presentation, participating in the regular research done by Prof. Marsden's group, and also attending lectures for his degree.

Today was different.

If they went back to sleep in their respective rooms now, they would probably both get overtaken by worries and the open questions about the future. Not to mention... they were both desperately starving for intimacy after these events.

"Let me leave a message for my parents with Auntie Housekeeper about what happened at the dinner, so we can clean it up with them tomorrow," Mean said, reluctantly letting go of Plan.

Plan acknowledged it with a short nod and merely said:

"I'll come to your room later."

*~*~*

When Plan had finally sneaked upstairs to Mean's room, he was surprised to find his boyfriend already waiting for him. He must have hurried with his message.

Or maybe it was Plan who had dallied.

Getting out of the expensive suit had taken him much longer than he had expected. He was still unused to wearing this type of fancy attire, and he didn't really know what to do with it. It felt like he needed to treat it carefully and make sure not to leave any wrinkles or specks of dust on it.

He had had no choice but to throw out his old clothes and accept the new, high quality ones Mean's family had paid for during his shopping trip with Tio. However, he still preferred to wear only the minimum required uniform to university, and just a simple shirt or t-shirt and clean trousers otherwise.

On top of that, his thoughts had started to race as soon as he was on his own, and he had felt the frighteningly familiar urge to pack his things and run away.

He was in way over his head.

When he had found the two golden business cards in his pocket earlier, he had been tempted to tear them up, burn them, go, and never look back.
