Shadow Duel of the Dark Signer
Part One

Deep beneath the Satellite in a large dark room, there is a long wooden table with three men who have a black hooded cloak on them. They sit in the darkness while staring at the lit up candle that is on the center of the table.

Gently, a spider uses its webbing to fall down onto one of the hooded men's hand. The man lifts up his hand, looking closely at the spider. "Hmm, it's Yusei. He's in the Satellite near the bridge. If we can beat him, our power will be all but unstoppable in the war. I will find him and challenge him to a shadow duel," The man says as his deep, dark voice gains the other men's attention.

One of the hooded men stood from his chair, slamming his hand on the table. "No, this Satellite is mine. I have a debt to collect," He tells him as a purple mark glowed on his arm.

The man with the spider hums. He smirks, "Happy hunting, Kalin."

Everyone was asleep by the fire. Yusei, on the other hand, could not sleep. He sits up and looks back at his sleeping friends. Yusei gets up and goes to his duel runner quietly. He slowly drags his runner so he couldn't make any loud noises.

As he was walking away quietly with his runner, a voice from behind him says, "Isn't it a little late for a joy ride?"

Yusei knew it was Crow and he stopped. "So what?" He questioned.

"So if you're planning on dueling, I'm coming too," Crow tells him.

"It's too dangerous out there. Just go back to bed. This is my battle," Yusei tells him, strictly.

"Huh?" Crow hummed as he raised an eyebrow curiously. He then smirks, "Just try and stop me."

"I already put enough people in danger Crow," Yusei simply tells him before he started to walk again.

Crow then runs in front of Yusei, stopping him. "Hold on! Who's going to watch your back against these Dark Signers, huh?" Crow questions.

"Crow, this isn't just another duel. You face them and you play for keeps, and I'm not talking about your deck," Yusei tells him with a stern voice. He then remembers his shadow duel with that drone. "They put some kind of force field when they challenge you and no one leaves until the duel is over. The battle damage is real. Even if you manage to win, you're still talking about a world of hurt. And if you lose, well.. I don't even want to think about that. So tell me, does that sound like fun to you?"

Crow then scratches his head. "Oh boy, you sure haven't lighten up. But you're not the only one with something to lose here. All those kids.. if you lose, we all do. So count me in!" Crow tells him.

Yusei stares at his friend. "You sure about this?" He warns. Crow simply nods. "Well in that case, let's go," Yusei says.

Crow smirks. He lifts up his fist to Yusei for a fist bump and says, "Alright, but you gotta leave some of those Dark Signers for me." Yusei and him fist bump. Crow gets on his duel runner and asks Yusei, "What about Xina? We're not going to tell her?"

Yusei shakes his head. "She's already in enough danger being here," He tells him.

"Well, you know she isn't going to be happy when she finds out that we left without telling her," Crow says as he placed his helmet on.
