*I added a song that when I first listened to it awhile back made me think of Hailey and Carl's relationship. I want the song to be played at a certain part in the chapter so I will have a reminder when. I suggest you listen to it while reading the part I put a start reminder, but totally up to you :)*

"Deanna is having a meeting tonight to discuss what's happening with Rick." I hear.

I open my eyes and roll over to see Maggie and Glenn talking. I sit up causing both of them to look at me.

"What's going on?" I ask rubbing my eyes.

"Deanna doesn't know what to do with Rick so there's a meeting tonight." Glenn tells me. I glance at Maggie and she seems mad.

"I'll go and talk to her now then." She says before storming out.

I stand up with my body aching. I guess sleeping on the couch did that. I don't know how though, I used to sleep on the floor all the time. Well, only after the prison. I stretch my body and yawn during the process.

"I'm going to head out." I tell Glenn. He gives me a quick hug before I walk out. I make my way to our house and as I do I pass Ally and Enid. Giving them an emotionless quick glare, I speed walk pass them. I reach the house and walking in it was quiet. I walk upstairs into Carl and I's room and he's dead asleep. He has a pillow where I usually sleep and he's holding it tightly.

Awe. Okay, that is cute.

I look away and notice Judith's bassinet is in here and she's up babbling. I watch as she realizes I opened the door and balances on the sides to help her stand up. She opens her mouth like she's about to cry.

"Shh.." I whisper. My attempt failed because she starts crying. Then like it was on cue Carl wakes up. Dammit! I sigh and go to her, picking her up. I keep my back to Carl as I bounce Judith which calms her down. It was just silence between us so I decided to break it.

"Deanna is holding a meeting tonight about your dad and what to do." I say. Carl sighs and I can tell everything going on is stressing him out.

"You didn't come back last night." He says changing the subject. I can tell he's upset by his tone. I turn around to face him and shrug.

"I needed time." I say. "I think I still do."

Carl frowns and runs his hands through his long hair. I walk over to him and hand him Judith. He takes her and sits her on the bed next to him. I walk to the dresser and pull out a long sleeved black shirt and some jeans. I don't really care if Carl sees so I just quickly get changed right there.

"I love you." I tell Carl as I walk out of the room. I hear him sigh a sigh of relief as I walk down the hall. I guess he was worried, but I'll always love him. I just need to not be mad to talk to him so I can make the right decisions and say the right things.

I hope he's thinking clearly too.

"What's your whole view on everything?" I ask.

Alexander looks at me and shakes his head. "I don't even know. I guess I just want a safe place."

Alexander and I have been talking since we met at Ron's and he's honestly a really cool guy. He's very outspoken, so whenever I'm with him I always let him talk about whatever it is he needs to. Not to mention he's really cute and I get butterflies whenever I see him. I've honestly been spending most of my time here with him.We walk to a little grass area in Alexandria and both sit criss cross apple sauce next to each other.
