"Haha! That's too good, I never realized how much of a riot you could be Tsunagu. Please tell me you have one more story like that!" You tried and failed to hide your giggles from your newly established date. He grinned at your attempts to be polite and elegant at dinner, as well as the pure joy that was crossing your face as you'd listened to his story. He couldn't help it, he had some horribly embarrassing stories about Enji, and after you'd told him about your unexpected experience at the speed dating event, he'd nearly fallen from his chair from laughter. Your imitation of the flame oriented hero was truly a theatrical performance.

"Hmmm... I believe if we are to follow proper etiquette, it's your turn to provide me with a story. Oh! Y/N, you've got something on your-" he stopped talking as he leaned and wiped the cream from your risotto from your upper lip. Your eyes widened, and a ZAP went through your body. This denim king was... something else.

Regaining your composure, you smiled at the green eyed hero. "Well... oh! Have you ever played JackBox games? That blank expression looks like a no to me! So it's a fun party game that uses your phones as the controllers, and they have everything from trivia to strategic lying games and rapping robots! After I got injured, Aizawa, Emi, and Yamada came over to keep me company and we played trivia and different games. Well, there's an game that is about rapping robots. And I'm absolute GARBAGE at it!" You paused in your story to take a sip of your Chardonnay. It was your second glass, Tsunagu joined you and was on his first glass of wine. The two entrees you'd ordered had just been delivered. Everything smelled divine, and looked like absolute perfection. The cheeseboard had been very dainty and beautiful, but you'd wanted more from the cheese and meats. Sipping quietly, you thought about the game and how bad you still are at it, you smiled fondly about it.

"Well, before we started playing the Robot Rap Battle, Toshinori burst through the door. And well, long story short, despite being the symbol of peace, that man is the worst rapper I've ever seen! Even worse than myself. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't figure out the format quick enough, but his rhymes weren't lining up and they were so polite!" You smiled and put a fork of risotto in your mouth. Even if you were confused about Toshi and your relationship, you still thought of him positively. He was an amazing hero and a great friend. Tsunagu smiled in return, he'd been listening attentively to your tale, but because of this, he hadn't touched his cacciatore. Once you'd finished your story, he began to, properly and in the best manners, feast upon his meal. This man made shoveling chicken into his mouth look delicate. It made you giggle while you sipped from your glass.

"Oh? Is something amusing?" He smiled... or was that a smirk you saw dancing on his lips?

"Haha, you caught me. I'm just blown away by how proper and elegant you are while you're almost violently shoveling food down your throat. It's... pure art and a definite skill." You smiled openly at him again.

"Ah yes, manners and image are everything, but more than that, food is sustenance, and this is delicious. You ordered the most perfect meal for me. Thank you for calling it a skill." The rest of the dinner went similarly to this, a fair amount of laughter, he wasn't hilarious, but he enjoyed telling stories and each one had a humorous theme to it. Finishing the meal, you both called for the check. You couldn't have him pay for a meal you'd ordered. He thought something similar, but good train of thought went something like she was abandoned and still a phenomenal dinner date. I can't allow her to touch the check!

The server brought the check to you, but before you could grasp it, Best Jeanist pulled it away with hours threads. Of course he would. You rolled your eyes at him.

"Tsunagu, please let me treat you to this meal you didn't anticipate. You truly saved me tonight and I appreciate you, very much. Please let me repay you for your time."

"I simply won't allow it! This has been one of the best meals I've shared with anyone in quite some time. If you want to repay me, you'll have to give me your phone number, so that we may do this again." OH, he was slick. That was the best response you could've asked for.

"Oh! Well, when you put it that way, I can easily share my phone number with you. Let me write it down for you." You paused. "Wait, isn't your phone crushed or something?"

"You found new out! It actually is only dead, so you writing it down is helpful. I promise I won't lose your number." He responded, his smile in his eyes.

You handed it over to him.

"I'd love to grab coffee or something soon." You said softly to your date.

"I like the sound of that, as well as this rapping robot game. Sounds like something I should expose myself too." He finished his glass. "Now, would you give me the honor of driving you home?"

You smiled at the Pro Hero. He was quite the charmer. "Of course, lets boogie on out of here Tsunagu."

The twenty-five minute drive was relaxing, and enjoyable. The two of you talked about hero work, now that you were more private, and then the two of you transitioned to talking about UA, and the benefits of teaching.

He dropped you off at your front door, getting out of his car, he escorted you to your welcome mat. He was grinning, one would say, like a fool. "Well, Ms. Furrashu, I know neither of our nights started with the intention of being together, but I've had an amazing night tonight. Thank you for dining with me, and allowing me to fill that space." He smiled, right hand loosely holding yours.

"I can't tell you how thankful I am for you. Thank you Mr. Hakamata, it's been a pleasure spending the night with you. You rescued me earlier, otherwise it would've been a lonely night all gussied up like this. Let's not be strangers, yeah?" You smiled at the blonde. It had been an interesting night.

"Oh of course, I'll text you once I've got my phone. Goodnight Y/N, sleep well." He leaned in and lightly kissed your cheek before stepping back and getting into his car. Waving lightly, he pulled off.

Stepping into your home, you locked your door, and sat at your island. You pulled your phone out, seven texts from Emi and Yamada.

E- hellloooooo
Y - girl, what's happening
E - update
Y - HELOOOOOO
Y - maybe they're boning
E - Yamada!! Don't be crass
E - but she definitely needs to get laid, she seems tense
Y - I mean... I can help there?
E - YIKES NO
Y/N - guys.... whoever you set me up with didn't show, but dinner was good nonetheless

Y- WHAT
E- WHAT
Y- BUT IT WAS HIS IDEA
Y/N- who's idea?
E - Your date was supposed to be Best Jeanist.
Y/N - you've got to be kidding me, of course he was. That's who I dined with. Wonderful time, he was 30 minutes late.

You left your phone. Tsunagu was too much for you, too smooth and tricky, and hilarious and handsome. You went into your room, emotions confused inside you. You'd had Toshi, but that was a big question mark. Now you might have Tsunagu... but who knew, and then there was your protector and childhood friend Shota... there was a whirlwind of emotion within you, and you weren't sure how to discern what you should feel.

Here you were, twenty-something years old, cat-less, confused, and a professional hero. What more could you ask for?
