Chapter Twenty-Three

"Tae' they are here." Jungkook said nervously as the knock came on the door.

Tae' rushed to his side, ushering Taechi with him. He turned to his daughter.

"Now you know why this person is coming to see Pappy and Papa don't you?"

"Yes Pappy, so we can have a baby sister?"

Tae smiled at her, she was adamant on a girl, he thought she was adorable.

"Let's be good ok."

"Yes Pappy." The little girl agreed.

Tae' turned to Jungkook and took his hand, he kissed it and they turned back to the door. Taechi placed her hand in Tae's empty one. She looked up to him with her big doe eyes and squeezed his hand.

"It's ok Pappy, we will get a baby."

Both men smiled down at her, they were blessed with one child, who was both precious and loving, they really hoped this would work.

Tae' reached out and opened the door, a kindly looking young man was stood on the doorstep.

"Hello my name is Chun-Ya, I'm the Korean representative from Conceptual Options. I'm here for your interview."

Tae offered his hand first, momentarily letting go of Jungkook because Taechi was squeezing his hand so tight. Chun-Ya shook his hand.

"I'm Kim Taehyung." Tae' said...then Jungkook offered his own hand, they shook.

"Kim Jungkook." Jungkook informed him.

Then Chun-Ya looked down at Taechi, he smiled.

"And who are you young lady?"

"I'm going to be a sister right?" she looked at him with a huge smile and shining eyes.

Chun-Ya smiled and laughed gently at her, he knelt down and offered her his hand, she took it and he shook it up and down.

"I will certainly try my best to give you a sister...or brother! How do you feel about that?"

Taechi thought for a moment then smiled and looked Chun-Ya in the eyes.

"I don't care as long as my Pappy and Papa are happy."

Tae looked at Jungkook, his breath caught in his throat, how had he made such a daughter, she made him so proud.

"Well I will certainly try and make that happen." Chun-Ya smiled at her, then stood and faced the guys. "Shall we get started?"

"Of course...this way." Tae' said motioning with his hand to the living room.

They all walked into the living room and Tae' offered a seat to Chun-Ya. They sat, Taechi jumped on her father's knee and excitedly cuddled into him, dancing slightly as she did.

Chun-Ya pulled out a pile of papers and a pen then looked up at Tae' and Kookie.

"Ok first of all I need to ask you a few questions, this is to get a basic knowledge of the type of parents you would make, and to help us to decide which surrogate to offer you. Are we ok with that?"

Both men nodded. He smiled then looked down at his paperwork.

"Ok, I have your main details here, name...address that sort of thing, so we'll skip over that and just get down to the questions, ok?"

Tae and Jungkook nodded and took hold of each other's hands, Chun-Ya saw this and wrote something down on his paperwork.

"Before we do, I want you to know I will be making random notes as we go along, this is nothing to worry about usually, but I am trained to observe people during interview...are you ok with me doing so?"
