Chapter Forty-Five

Ok peeps, here is the long awaited chapter, it's got some sad parts in this, and Tae' ( my baby) is struggling a bit, will he get through it, or not?

"KOOK! JOONIE!"

Tae' screamed as two of the most important people in his life fell to the floor, the gunshot bringing back distressing memories for him. He looked from his husband to his brother, relieved when he saw his husband move and make his way away from the motionless woman towards his brother who was also motionless on the floor.

"Please be ok, please Joonie, please be ok." He said out loud.

Jungkook looked up at him, as he felt his brother's neck and physically relaxed.

"He's breathing Tae' I think he fainted."

Tae' fell back onto the bed, relief flooding over him, Kookie was soon back at his side, holding his body to him. He looked over at the woman and gasped.

"She's bleeding."

The doctor rushed over to her, and bent down. He examined her then looked up at Jungkook

"She's dead. She must have shot herself."

"How?" Tae' asked as he looked up at Jungkook.

"Must have been when Mr Kim tackled her."

The police man stood at the back of the room and spoke quietly into his walkie.

"But he could have been shot too?" Tae' reasoned, his face going pale.

"That could have been her plan, seeing where the wound is."

"Jungkook, you're bleeding." Tae' said noticing blood on his neck.

The doctor stood and walked over to the young man, he examined his neck and looked at him.

"It seems the bullet grazed your neck, it's nothing serious, it'll just need dressing. I'll get a nurse to dress it for you." Jungkook nodded.

A sound came from the floor as Namjoon began to come too, Jungkook rushed to his side.

"Joonie, you ok?"

The older man opened his eyes and looked over at his brother in law, he grabbed his arm.

"Jungkook, are you ok, where's that woman?"

"It's ok, she's not going to be a threat to us ever again?" Jungkook replied looking over at her body.

Namjoon looked at him confused then followed his eyes and gasped, jumping back slightly.

"What happened?"

"I think she was going to shoot me, but she shot herself instead. She only got my neck slightly."

"Oh."

Namjoon turned to Jungkook looking at his neck then enveloping him in a warm hug.

"I'm so happy you are safe bro'."

They hugged for a few minutes then Namjoon stood and helped Kook up he rushed over to Tae' and grabbed his hand.

"How are you feeling bro'?"

"How am I feeling? You just blacked out, how are you?"

He sighed and looked over to the woman.

"I never was good in these type of situations was I?" He chuckled. "I'm sorry for failing you."
