Ok this is a bit of a sad chapter, it's a memorial one and i've tried to stick to the true Jesa rites that Koreans follow for deceased loved ones. It also has some cute scenes in this....enjoy.

The day was sombre, Taehyung walked around not knowing what to do with himself. It was a year to the day that China had passed and he was getting ready to hold her Jesa.( Korean memorial)

He had been cooking madly the day before, and that morning, getting everything ready, he had the table ready and all the meats and deserts where cooked, and prepared.

He was currently stood in his bedroom, fiddling with his tie, his nerves were getting the best of him and he growled at the fact he couldn't tie the blasted tie. He threw the tie on the bed, frustrated.

It wasn't that he wanted to look good for China, he wanted to be respectful for his daughter's sake, this was her first Jesa and he wanted to make it a regular thing, for her mother's anniversary and her birthday too. Staring at himself in the mirror he thought back on how his year had changed. 'Oh so much' he thought to himself.

First he went through the pain of losing his wife and Taechi's mother, then learning of his true feelings for Jungkook, then he was shot, Jungkook too, and finally he got married again.

He was actually the happiest he had been in a long time right now, he just had to get through today, for Taechi's sake. The door opened and Jungkook entered, looking handsome in his own suit. He walked over to Tae' and hugged him. Pulling back soon after he looked him square in the eye.

"You ok?"

Tae sighed.

"Yeah, just thinking back...you know, it's been a hell of a year."

"I know." Kookie said resting his chin on Tae's shoulder and hugging him again.

"I want today to be special, you know...for Taechi, she needs to celebrate her mom."

"So do you Tae'"

Tae' looked at his husband, he tenderly placed his lips on his in a sign of thanks for understanding.

"I'm not doing this for me. Taechi is slowly forgetting her. She needs to remember all the good times they had. I have video's I'm thinking of playing for her."

"Video's?"

"Yeah, I have one of Taechi's birth...although I won't show her that until she's a lot older." Tae grinned at Kookie.

"And we have videos of day trips out we took. I would like to show them to Taechi, but..." Tae stopped and looked at Jungkook.

"What Tae?"

"They are...They would be...difficult for you to watch."

"Why?"

Tae turned to face him fully.
