Chapter Thirty-Three

"Ok Miss Rose if you could lie down on the bed and lift your top up." Mrs Parker said to an excited Rose.

"Oh guys this is it, we get to see your baby for the first time." Rose was excited.

"I'm going to place a little jelly on your stomach, then we can begin. You have a full bladder yes?"

Rose looked embarrassed.

"Yes."

"Ok, let's begin." Mrs Parker placed the jelly on Rose's stomach and she jumped slightly, it was cold.

The boys were beside her, Tae' in a wheelchair and Jungkook stood beside him, they watched with excitement as Mrs Parker scanned Rose then with curiosity as she shaped her lips in an 'o' pose.

"Well this was unexpected, but I have some news. You're not having one baby, you're having three."

"What? "Rose said, then looked at Tae' and Jungkook.

"Triplets?" Kookie said unbelieving.

Mrs Parker turned the screen to face them. Sure enough three little blobs showed up in front of their eyes. Jungkook turned to Tae' who hadn't said a word, he was looking shocked at the screen, he looked like he wasn't breathing. Kookie shook him.

"Tae'?"

He looked up at his husband then his mouth produced a smile.

"We are having Triplets?

"Yes, it looks like it." Rose answered.

Tae' looked at Rose, he grabbed her hand and did his best to stand. Kookie tried to stop him, worried for his leg. Tae' held his hand up to him, and continued to do what he had planned, he stood still holding Roses hand and hugged her tightly. He looked down at her and smiled, he sat back down, much to Kookies relief.

"Thank you Rose." He said when he was settled.

"No thank you, I'm happy to give you this gift. You both deserve it." She said tears in her eyes.

Mrs Parker wiped Rose's belly of the jelly and helped her sit up, her scan complete.

"We will need to monitor you more regular now we know there are three in there." She said pointing to Rose's stomach. "I'll need to see you every fortnight, to make sure they are growing correctly." Rose nodded.

"Congratulations you three, and it's nice to see you up and about Mr Kim. I was worried for you when I heard about your accident."

She placed her hand on Tae's shoulder, in a motherly way, Tae' smiled at her, thanking her with his eyes.

"I'll let you guys get going, Rose make an appointment for another scan in two weeks, please." Rose nodded as the kindly woman left the room.

"What are you guys thinking?" Rose asked.

Kookie helped her of the bed and he looked at her properly, he had thought she looked bigger than normal now he knew why, he was happy and a little scared at the same time, he looked at Tae' who was staring at Rose's stomach.

"Tae'?"

"Is there really three little humans in there?" He was mesmerised, Kookie smiled at him, he was cute.

"It looks like it, will you guys be able to manage with three?"

She was a little worried, not only had Tae' just come out of a bad accident but three babies demanded a lot of attention, would it be too much for him?"

"Tae'?" She directed her question mainly at him.

He looked at her, sensing her worry and took her hand in his own.
