Chapter Twenty-Eight

The week passed quickly, and Rose had picked up Taechi's gift from her friend, she was excited for the little girl's party but had been fighting tiredness for a few days now. She was exhausted, and slept for hours during the night and day.

At the present moment she was lying in bed, just waking up when her phone rang, grumbling she reached over to her nightstand and picked it up, It was Tae'.  She punched answer and slowly put the phone to her ear.

"Hi." She said sleepily."

"Did I wake you?"

"No, I was awake, just still sleepy. Joy of pregnancy I guess."

"Have you taken your vitamins yet?"

"Not yet...I will, when I can drag myself out of bed...ha."

"Are you still ok for the party this afternoon, want me to come pick you up?"

"I'll be there don't worry, I wouldn't miss Taechi's face for anything."

"Ok, I'll pick you up at 1:30, try and get a bit more sleep...ok?"

"Ok, see you later."

She hung up the phone and placed it back on the table, then cuddled up into her blankets, she was soon asleep again.

"Was that Rose?"

Kookie walked into his and Tae's shared bathroom just as Tae' was hanging up the phone. Tae' nodded.

"She sounds tired, but she said she would be here for the party. I told her to get some more sleep."

"Good, she's been like this for a couple of days now, should we be concerned?"

"I don't think so, China was the same, her body is going through a whole heap of changes, and she's going to be exhausted for a while." Kookie smiled and held him round his waist.

"Look at you all knowledgeable, my smart guy." He kissed him.

"Pappy?" Taechi's voice interrupted them.

Tae' broke away, grinning at Kookie and walked away from him, to his daughter.

"Yes baby girl?"

"Uncle Jimin and Uncle Hos...hose..." ... "Hoseok" Tae' helped. "Yeah, that's what I said." The little girl announced. "They are here."

"Ok thank you baby girl, I'll be down in a minute ok, can you entertain them until I get there?"

"Sure Pappy." The little girl bounded away, Kookie came out of the bathroom, drying his mouth.

"I can't wait to tell her later on." Kookie said placing his arms around Tae's waist.

"Me either, she's going to be so excited." Tae turned round, still in his man's arms and kissed him.

"Mm Minty."

Kookie grinned.

"Come on, let's go down."

Tae' grabbed Kookies hand and led him out of the room.

Taechi was dancing away when they entered the room, Jimin and Hoseok were smiling and clapping their hands watching her.

Tae and Kookie watched her for a while, grinning proudly, when she had finished everyone clapped for her. She bowed and smiled her cute boxy smile that reminded Kookie of Tae.

Tae' swooped her up into his arms and she placed her arms around his neck.

"Did you see my dance Pappy?"
