Masky's P.O.V:
I woke up to a figure shaking me violently, my eyes still half opened, I weakly hit out at whatever had grabbed me by the shoulders. I never was aware of my surroundings after I'd woken up. The voice continued to call my name and I groaned, my eyes half-lidded.
"Masky. Masky. Masky. Ti-" I grabbed them by the throat and they stood still. I didn't like people calling me that anymore. The person sighed and grabbed my wrist, directing it back onto the bed. "Masky. You awake?" I rolled over when a weight pushed down the corner of my mattress.
"What happened?" I mumbled groggily, sitting up and running a sweaty hand through my brown, almost black hair. They laughed, and I instantly recognized that laugh as Hoodie's and relaxed.
"You had another nightmare. I'd been trying to wake you up for the last few minutes."
"Another... What time is it?"
"About four thirty in the morning." I looked down guiltily, Hoodie must have sensed it immediately because he patted my bare shoulder. "Don't worry. The new kid had a nightmare too. Plus, we're used to you waking us up." I looked up and glared.
"That doesn't help... New kid?" I asked curiously,
"He arrived at like quarter past one." I bit my lip.
"Shit. I was supposed to stay up to meet him." Hoodie shook his head lightly.
"Nah. Slender knows how you've been recently. He said it was okay." There was a brief silence. "You should get back to sleep. I'll go see how he's doing." I nodded reluctantly and lay back down. I wonder what he's like - the new boy I mean. Everyone said he was a boy anyway... Maybe like Sally? I don't like kids much. I flinched thinking of Rosswood park, the student film and closed my eyes. Now all I had to do was... Sleep...
A/N: Sorry about the short chapter again. It was just to give a bit more introduction.
