Forgot Something?

James' pov

Sleepovers are great. Friends are amazing, and fun and awesome to hang out with. It's usually a great idea to spend some quality time with people you care about, and take off some time from stressful work.

What's not great is when you stay up until 3 am being idiots and almost being late to an 8 am meeting.

Half of my friends were still passed out on the couch, while I raced around Adam's house trying to find everything I needed.

It didn't help that I had somehow lost my extra shirt and had to borrow one of Adam's, which was a bit distracting with the amazing smell of it.

Feeling confident that I had remembered everything, I turned to walk out the door, when Adam called out,

"Aren't you forgetting something?"

Slightly confused and still half asleep, I tried to decipher what Adam meant.

With barely a second thought I walked back to the kitchen counter, and kissed Adam on the cheek.

"Thanks, but I meant your phone." He said, blushing slightly.

"Uh, yea, thanks man." I said, blushing madly before racing out the door to try and be as punctual as I could.

Needless to say, I had a hard time concentrating during that meeting.

Genderbent AU

Addison's pov

I woke up in the most pain I've ever felt in my entire life.

My entire torso felt like it was being ripped in half from the inside out.

Tears sprang to my eyes when I tried to move, but I managed to barely grab my phone before collapsing back onto my bed.

Quickly clicking the oh-so-familiar contact number, I held up the phone, desperately hoping that she answered.

"Hey Addison, what's up." Jamie answered, voice casual.

"Pain. So much pain." I replied, choking back tears.

Jamie's voice quickly turned to one of concern as she answered,

"I'm on my way with chocolate and a heating pad. Do you need anything else?"

"Could you bring Floof?" I asked, perking up slightly at the thought of that adorable dog.

"Of course." She said, before hanging up the phone to drive.

She arrived shortly after, letting herself in with her spare key, and heading immediately to my room.

She made me take some ibuprofen, and turned on the Notebook on her computer, while I leaned into her, and snuggled with Floof.

All in all, not a terrible day.

Y'all I really wanna see some fanart of this now
