Thank you so much! Hnngg I'm so happy. Anyways, back to your regularly scheduled gay.
Adam woke up to light shining in his eyes from the living room window.
The sleeping figure on his chest was still sleeping soundly, soft, muffled snores coming from him.
Adam smiled at the sight, until he felt a slight rumbling in his stomach.
James shifted slightly in his sleep from the noise, then settled back into his comfort cocoon.
Deciding it was time for breakfast, Adam carefully moved out from James' grip, and was glad to see that he hadn't woken up James in the process.
Adam headed over to the kitchen, found the eggs in the kitchen, and got to work scrambling and cooking them on the stove.
After the eggs were finished, he grabbed some bacon and plopped it in the pan.
James decided it was time to get up at this time. If that's what you call it.
Still half asleep, James' mind decided it wanted two things: warmth, and whatever delicious smell was coming from the kitchen.
Reaching the kitchen with much effort, James' brain determined that 1. The delicious smell was coming from the food currently being cooked by Adam. Which lead to the second deduction: the only sources of warmth were the stove, or the cook himself.
No matter how tired he was, James realized that snuggling up with a hot stove probably wasn't the best idea, so he went with the second option.
Adam had been too tied up with the food cooking on the stove, that he didn't even notice the other presence in the room, until said presence was wrapped around his waist.
"Why did you leaaavvvee? You're so waaarrmm." James wined, burying his face into Adam's neck.
Blushing lightly, Adam chuckled and replied.
"Well we need to eat, and I didn't want you eating Mac and Cheese for breakfast, so I decided to throw something together."
James hummed in reply, already falling asleep once again now that he had his warmth.
Luckily, the bacon was finished cooking quickly, and Adam plated it with the eggs, then shuffled over to the table, earning a few protests from a very sleepy James.
Gently prying James off his back, Adam sat him down and sat down himself, before tucking into breakfast.
James practically devoured his breakfast, downed his orange juice, and ran back to the living room.
Adam confusingly ate his bacon, finished his eggs, and finished off his orange juice.
He placed his dishes in the sink, then headed over to join James on the couch.
James was wrapped in a blanket burrito, and had already turned on a random cartoon.
Seeing Adam enter the room, James opened his blanket, beckoning for Adam to join him.
When Adam hesitated, James wined out,
"Hurry. The cold's getting in."
Deciding he had nothing to lose, Adam sat close enough for James to be able to wrap the blanket around both of them, and close away the cold air.
Of course, in order for James to wrap them both in the blanket, it required him to wrap his arms around Adam.
Adam expected him to move away once the blanket was in place, but when he made no move to, Adam decided to roll with it.
It's not everyday you get to cuddle with your crush.
To make James a bit more comfortable, Adam shifted a bit closer, so their bodies were pressed together.
Adam tried to focus on the show on the TV, but ultimately failed when James' gaze seemed intent on staring at him.
Giving up, Adam turned to question James, but the words died in his throat as he realized just how close they were.
James' face turned into a large, cheesy grin, and Adam was about to ask what he was so happy about, when James said,
"I'm so happy you're here. You're really amazing."
Adam's face warmed at his words, and he had to clear his throat before answering.
"I'm glad I'm here too. These two days have been so amazing. Plus now I won't fail math."
James chuckled lightly at that, then lightly pecked Adam's lips, before resting his head on Adam's shoulder.
"I'm glad it snowed." James said, focusing back on the TV.
"Me too." Adam replied, lightly kissing James' head.

Eventually, Adam had to go home.
His car had not in fact caved in, nor was it frozen shut.
They said their goodbyes at the door, taking a far too long amount of time to leave, as is the usual with new couples.
They stayed at the doorway for nearly 20 minutes, James protesting the whole time, using excuses such as "it's too cold" or "the roads will be icy."
Adam had to reassure him that he would be fine, and that he would be able to see him at school the next day.
After an excessive amount of reassurance, and quite a few kisses, Adam finally left, and headed back home to finish the rest of his homework.
They did, in fact, see each other the next day.
James was latched on Adam for the rest of the day, making sure everyone knew about their relationship.
Adam would be lying if he said he didn't enjoy it slightly.
