Maia's P.O.V.
The morning sun shone through the window and I felt my ear pressed against a warm chest, heard a heartbeat, and a pair of hands and fingers caressing my back. Then one hand cupped my cheek. I looked and saw that it was Lucius. "Morning." I say as my eyes slowly open.
Morning, my little baby angel.
I giggled and kissed his pale lips. Before we could kiss longer, Jack came in. "Jesus Christ!" He yelled as the door closed. We looked at each other in embarrassment as we get up. After breakfast, I couldn't get over what the boys said to me and Lucius. But I had Lucius to calm me down, even though he refuses to talk.
Lucius' P.O.V.
That night, I held Maia's hand as we went into Mayor Dreyfus' office. Maia looked at me with a confused look on her face. "Why are we going in the Mayor's office?" I wrote in my notepad.
He's going in the merry-go-round.
"Why the merry-go-round?"
I have to open the seven seals.
"Oh."
So we came into the office. The Mayor looked at us with a very suspicious look on his face. "Where are your parents?" He asked. Maia didn't answer. I used my telekinesis to pick him up in the air. Maia thought I was strangling him, only to notice that I was scalping him. Maia covered her mouth in deep disgust as she saw the Mayor's brains. She almost vomited. After we put the Mayor's corpse in the merry-go-round, we turned it on. The first seal on the scroll has been burned. One down, six to go. Jack saw the merry-go-round and he vomited. "Jesus f*ck!" He said. I shook my head in disapproval.
