"Goooooood moooooorniiiiiinggggg Vietnam!!!", I heard Sky's voice while she jumped on top of me.
"What the fuck are you doing up so early? on a Sunday!!! Let me sleep!!!", I yelled while trying to pull my bed sheets over my head again.
"1st of all, is 10:40 AM", she yelled back while taking my covers off again, "2nd we need to find our outfit for the bonfire", she said with a sigh, "I will meet my mate there, and I will make sure to impress him".
Sky is my best girlfriend since we were kids; my mom and her mom are also best friends, so we grew up like we were glued to the hit; she is the sweetest girl I know, but is very capable of kicking your ass as well if she gets mad. As a human raised in our world, she developed the illusion of finding her soul mate as well, but humans rarely have mates, so I bite my tongue to avoid saying something I know will upset her, instead of saying anything I just get out of the bed while throwing it my pillow to her.

Going down the stairs I heard Shawn's voice, what is weird because he hadn't lived here since he became the alpha, when I reached the last step, I noticed he was discussing with my mom and Rafael."May I ask why are you growling at my mother, Shawn?", I asked clenching my fist.
"Nothing", Rafael answered for him immediately, "besides do you really think I would let him growl at your mom?", He asked me with a sincere smile. I turned to Shawn and I saw he was somehow upset, so I raised my eyebrow and crossed my arms in my chest, challenging him.
He let out a growl, "Apparently you all forgot, I AM YOUR FUCKING ALPHA AND THE ONLY ONE THAT TAKES DECISIONS HERE"
Rafael grabs him by the neck while Shawn growls "You can be the FUCKING ALPHA but I'm still your father and this is my FUCKING HOUSE, so don't you ever dare to raise your voice here, did I make myself clear, SON?", Rafael warned while letting him go.
Instantly I let go of my anger and place myself between them, I have seen Rafael pissed and not cute, grabbing Shawn's arm I took him out of the house, once outside he pushed my hands hard and turned to me, so immediately raised my hands in surrender."I was calm, why you always defy me? ", he yelled pointing to the house, "...THAT, didn't need it to happen", he blames me, he's clearly upset with me right now.
"I know and I'm really, really sorry, I don't know why I can't stop challenging you, but please believe me when I say was not my intention to create a conflict between you and Rafael", I apologized while trying to reach his hand.
He sighed and requested me to stop, "I know you didn't, but you need to stop this, I'm the alpha, not you", I bowed my head to him to show agreement and respect, but I didn't know how to stop.
"May I ask what happened? What were you guys arguing about?", I asked hoping he didn't get upset again"The pact... Your mom is scared for you and the girls of the pack, she doesn't trust foreigners, you know well why" he said while running his hand through his dark hair, he does this when is frustrated.
"You can blame her, right?", I reminded him.
"No, I cannot. But you need to trust me, you know I love my pack and will protect everyone with my own life", he said looking directly into my eyes looking for any sign of distrust, but he knows I trust him with my life too.
"I know, sorry I didn't react well at the beginning but I can't erase the past", I apologized.
Someone coughed and we turned to see a very bored Sky looking at us "Now that everything is back to normal and you love each other again, can we pleaseeee go shopping now?", She asked while begging with her hands, rolling my eyes in annoyance and start it to walk,
"yes, yes we can", I replied
"Will be fun to see you in a dress", Shawn told me through the mind-link

Sky was in her 9th outfit and I hadn't even tried to find something "Do I look too short?", she asked me while looking at herself in the mirror, she looked cute in the pink cocktail dress she had on.
"You are short", I yelled back, I know I should have said she looked cute 1st but it was her 9th outfit so my patience was long gone.
"You know what? You are not helping", she let out angrily
"I don't want to be here", I whimpered
"Pleaseeee pretty, pretty, pleaseee, try for me", she begged, "I know you don't want anything to do with a mate and less if he is not from this pack, but I do, and as my best friend you need to... No! Correction, you must support me", she finished.

'Moon goddess please help me!', I thought "Ok, I'll wear a dress, buuuut, I don't want objections to my choice and it has to be comfortable for me, clear?", I told her
"Hmm ok", she answered, I started to look through the dresses and I picked a black one, I liked it was simple, was very 'me', I grabbed a denim blue-jean jacket and walked to the dresser. Step in the dresser I shouted.
"Here, this is the one", I said waiting for Sky to turn to see me
"Wow, you look hot... We just need to find the perfect pair of heels now...", she said
While I interrupted "Nope, were not, I'm wearing my red Converse", I said turning to see her blank face, she was about to open her mouth when I warm her, "Is this", I said while spinning, "or my training outfit, your choice", I warned her
"No, no please, that dress looks gorgeous on you, but will look better with heels", she tried
"I guess, I'm not a girly girl", I said shrugging my shoulders
