1st Date

"What did you just say? ", Derick asked in surprise

"My biological father is alive", I repeated

"But why is that your mom and Rafael ....." He started to say when the realization hit him, "Ohhh, I understand", He stated

"I never care to know him, to know anything about him, but I will not deny that after this happened, I'm wondering who the fuck he is?", I spit my anger

"There's nothing wrong with wanting to know the person that helped to build your life", Derick tried to conform me by hugging me

"He didn't do shit!!!", I yelled and avoid his hold, "he just fuck my mother and screw it, is a sperm donor and that's it!", I shouted and I don't even know why am I crying now while he holds me and rubbed my back.

I whispered a barely audible, "I'm sorry"

"What for?", He asked with a sad chuckle

"exploit, I never did this before, I swear, I always remain calm about the topic, even when I found out about it, but I don't know what happened that hit me so much right now", I confessed

"I think you never had the chance to explode, mainly because you wanted to be strong for your mom", he elaborated, kissing the top of my head.

"What about doing something fun?" he asked and gave a wide smile

"Like what?", I asked wiping my eyes

"Going to the cinema and then dinner", He offered

I smiled, "like a date?"

"Exactly that, a date. Do you want to have a date with me?" He asked me and kissed my knuckles.

"I will love to", I grin, "I need to get ready",

"You look perfect", he spins me and whistle

"Yeah right, with yoga pants and your t-shirt?", I asked raising an eyebrow

"Especially the part of you wearing my t-shirt", he replied and wink

I shook my head and went upstairs to change.

I called Sky and she didn't pick up so I need to do this on my own.

"What do you wear for a date with your mate?", I ask

"Nothing", Maya suggested

"OMG Maya", I replied her

"Why not? You love him, don't you?", She asked and she is right on that part

"Don't you want to be 100% sure he is real and honest and that he will not ditch us once he has one he wants?", I asked her

"He is real and honest and loves us and will never do what he did. But if you want to go slow is fine, but you're killing me at the process", she sounded annoyed

I just laughed hard at her.

Finally, I picked up what I was going to wear and took a quick shower.

I dress up and put on a little bit of lip gloss, eyeliner, and mascara.

"Done", I told my reflection

"Beautiful", Maya agreed proudly, "let's go get him".

I went downstairs and he was waiting for me already.
