What is beauty?
Some beauty is ephemeral.. and would not stand the test of time.
When the flame dies out, the heart is disillusioned from what it once loved.
The beauty of faces? Friendships that come and go?
Some beauty renews itself everyday, so one can never get tired of seeing or hearing it.
The star-filled night sky, the rising colours of dawn, the fiery glow at sunset, sounds of rivers and songbirds...
Yet, some beauty is eternal.. So one need not worry the passing of seasons or the uncertainties of night and day.
So He said;
كُلُّ مَنۡ عَلَيۡهَا فَانٖ
وَيَبۡقَىٰ وَجۡهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو ٱلۡجَلَٰلِ وَٱلۡإِكۡرَامِ
[Ar-Rahman, Ayah 26-27]
This beauty is Divine and outshines this world, so much so that nothing can be compared to or with it.
Thus, doesn't exist on this scale of measurement..
