i left jades house after dinner, her mom wanted me to stay longer but i had to get home. once i got home i saw daniel sitting on my front porch steps. "hey. your mom didn't know when you were coming home. i just- i feel bad man."
"you were right though. i should've told her, that's actually where i came from."
"wait really? what happened? she texted me but my phone hasn't been working correctly."

he pulls out his phone that had at least ten cracks in it, it's his fault for always flipping his phone. "tyler broke up with her. long story and also not my story to tell."
"understandable." he stands up and smiles at me, "so are we cool again because i missed you."
"yeah we're cool again."

we immediately hug then my mom walks out and invites him to stay for dessert, although she would've done that anyways, my mom loves when people come over. "DANIEL!" my little sister runs up to daniel and immediately tackles him into a hug. "hey Reese."

"night mom." she kisses my cheek and heads into her room as i go upstairs to mine. i look around my room and notice that my walls were still covered in photos of tyler and i so i plug in my headphones and put my music on full blast. i take off the photos and replace them with ones of me, my friends and family. after that i decide to just keep on cleaning.

I clean up my room and go into my bathroom and clean that. by the time I'm done my laptop is buzzing, which means someone wants to FaceTime. i open it up and see the contact was christina. "hey girl!"
"hi! what's up?"
"okay so cool news but you know how I've been trying to make a skincare line?"
"yeah um teena? correct?"

"yes! well i have a meeting this weekend in California and was wondering if you wanted to come."
"wait really?"
"yes! I was originally going to go with corbyn but he has basketball."

"ill ask my mom and tell you what she says."
"cool! make sure to tell me by Wednesday."
"will do. bye chris."
"bye!"
i had two days to talk it over with my mom since today was monday. I look at my clock, well technically it's now Tuesday.
i decided to just sleep and ask my mom early in the morning before i head to school and she heads to work.
