I was up and at 'em this morning as it was Christmas Day. The sun was up and all lovely, it was just slightly chilly in my house, and the tree was calling my name.
I sat down by the tree and waited for Louis to get here.
Living alone is pretty boring but it helps when you have a boyfriend who practically lives here with you.
The doorbell rang and I sprung up to get it.
I opened the door and I saw a bunch of presents being held by the most beautiful man in the world.
I let him in and he delicately set down all the presents, making sure they were perfect looking under the tree.
"Baby!" I squealed as I jumped to hug him.
He buried his face into my hair as he squeezed me.
"Hey princess!"
I bounced around waiting to open gifts.
"Someone's excited."
"I'm SO ready!"
Louis laughed and set cinnamon rolls in the oven to bake. 
We drank coffee as we waited and laid on the couch.
I was still dazed by the presents as I looked at the shiny packaging.
"Baby, you just have to wait a little longer!"
"The wait is so HARD!"
"I know, I know."
The cinnamon rolls were out of the oven and I sat at the table. We both got extra frosting because yum, and we ate. We talked, ate and had a good time.
"Okay, can we open presents now?"
"Yes, we can open presents now."
I cheered and walked to the tree.
I stacked all of louis's twenty seven presents in front of him.
"Wow, going all out this year?"
I laughed and nodded. Louis put all of my presents in front of me and we took turns opening gifts.
After we finished all of our presents I remembered one more.
I walked back into the living room holding a small box.
"What is it?" He asked as he opened it.
He opened the little box to see a bird and a music note hanging on a chain.
"It's a necklace. I saw it and thought of us. You say how I remind you off a song bird and the music note reminds me off you, since you love singing and playing the piano. I thought it was just a cute way to say that we will be together forever, even if we are far away from each other sometimes."
I could see tears in Louis's eyes.
"Wow baby, that's so sweet. I-I don't know what to
say. I love it so much."
Louis rubbed his wet eyes and cheeks.
I sat next to him and hugged him.
"I love you so much baby." He said through hitching breaths.
"I love you, too."
Louis put on the gold necklace and held it in his hand.
"I'm never gonna take this off."
I laughed as he gushed over it more.
The day turned into night and we were halfway through elf when we both got tired.
"Okay, I should probably get home." Louis said as he stood up.
"Wait!" I shouted as I grabbed his hand "stay here tonight, please. I want to spend more time with you."
"Really? You want me to spend the night?"
"Yes, please don't go."
"Okay, okay, I'll stay."
"Yes!"
I got into my pajamas and Louis got into the pajamas I got him for Christmas.
I sighed as his hand slithered around my waist.
"Goodnight, love." He hummed as he fell asleep.
"Goodnight."
