"This is the most stupidest script I have ever read." I chuckle to myself as I get up to the last page, ninety seven.

"Lex, take that back." Taylor gasps at me.

"I mean, maybe it's because I've never seen the films." I shrug and Ryan chokes on his water.

"Alexis, please tell me you're fucking joking?" He whines.

"I'm not." I cringe and he groans, hitting his head on the table.

"I'm sorry, okay?! It never appealed to me to watch the films! But I do know some characters." I protest.

"Name four." Kayla challenges me.

"Troy and Gabriella don't count." Laura says and I nod.

"Sharpay, Ryan, Kelsi and Chad." I say and everyone gives me a shocked look.

"Not bad, Williams. I approve." A voice says and I turn my head to meet a pair of light brown eyes.

"Thanks, Mendes." I wink and he smirks, walking over to his friends.

I then look over to see Josh and Red sitting at a table, all the way in the back.

Josh has both his arms hundred over and his hands holding his tray as he mutters something to Red with a glare plastered on his face.

I roll my eyes and turn my attention back to my friends.

"Loverboy is staring at you." Kayla smirks and I turn my head.

I lock eyes with him and then quickly turn back, shaking my head.

"Who cares." I huff.

"What are you talking about? Ya'll were all over each other after the party." Ryan says.

"Who told you that?"

"Kacey. You guys hooked up right?" Ryan says and I clench my jaw.

"That lying bitch!" I exclaim, slamming my fist against the table.

"Woah, what's happening here?" Ethan says, putting his tray and bag down.

"What's happening is, that bitch lied and spread a rumor that Josh and I hooked up at your party." I say through gritted teeth.

"Calm down." Taylor says, embracing me.

"She's so full of shit. I'm gonna take her down." Ethan says.

"Babe, don't get involved." Ryan says to him.

"But it was at my party! That lying bitch is hurting my friend and while she was puking her guts out like a pussy, she thought spreading a rumor like this was a good idea!" Ethan shouts and everyone starts to stare.

"Fuck this." Ethan growls and grabs his bag, walking away.

"Go, calm him down." Taylor says and Ryan nods, running after him.

"Can you guys leave for a minute?" Taylor pleads to Kayla and Laura and they nod.

"Don't worry Lex, we'll get her back." Laura says, patting shoulder.

She walks off with Kayla and I let out a breath, putting my head in my hands.

"Lex, just clam down, okay? We're gonna a fix this." Taylor assures me.

"Can I just be alone right now? Please." I sigh and she slowly nods.

"I'll always be there for you." She reminds me and I nod as she walks off, slinging her bag on her shoulder.

"This can't be happening right now." I laugh to myself as I get up and tightly clutch my lunch tray.

I walk over to the garbage can and toss it, then running my fingers through my hair.

I walk back to my table and three students start to approach me.

"Um, can I help you?" I say to the girls.

"Yes you can. Was Josh good in bed?" The red head with freckles asks.

"Was he bigger than you expected?" A girl with dyed blue hair asks.

"Does he like it slow or rough?" A girl with grey hair and tattoos asks.

"I'm giving you three seconds to walk away or I'm projecting this smoothie on all of you." I say.

"You wouldn't dare." The red head gasp at me.

I take off the lid and throw my arm up, ready to throw it.

"Let's go, let's go!" The red head squeaks and the girls run off.

I let out a huff and put the smoothie lid back on.

"Fuck my life, man!" I growl and zip up my bag.

I sling my bag on my shoulder and I grab my smoothie in one hand and my phone with my script in the other.

I start speed walking to the exit doors, knowing I'd pass Josh and Red's table.

"Lex." A voice says and I bump into his body, the smoothie spilling on both of us in the process.

"Josh!" I exclaim, as I feel the smoothie running down my bra.

"Shit." He mutters and takes off his hoodie and quickly ties it around my waist.

"I can't do this right now. I told you I-"

"I know. But, tell me what's going on. What's wrong?" He asks.

"Why don't you ask your perfect girlfriend?" I spit and walk away, making sure to bump his shoulder with mine.

Why can't I ever catch a break?
