My parents were worried when we arrived almost an hour late after the "incident" in the woods. I blamed it on traffic, although I can be one hundred percent honest with my parents, so there is no chance that I will tell them what really happened. Sometimes even I have to lie to my parents. We stand in my room and go through the clothes and other things that should be packed to the move. My mom is with us, she really likes Nicholas, I've never seen her so comfortable with any of my boyfriends before, and yes, I just had Eric before but, yes. It speaks for itself. He was probably not a big favorite in my family, which I can't blame them for.

- "Do you really have to bring with you the winter jacket to London?" Nicholas say, and my mom laughing while she packs down my photo albums.

- "It's not the sun and swimming kind of weather in London" I say and rolling my eyes.

- "I promise, I'll buy you a jacket in London. Throw it! "He says, and I throw the jacket on him and he is quick to catch it but he just laugh at me. My mom just look at me and Nicholas.

- "Gabriella, be nice now. Nicholas is right, the jacket is horrible, "she says. What is this now, why are they so well agree on everything. I didn't know that my parents had such a good attitude for me moving to an another country. I don't think they want to get rid of me, I think they just want to see me happy. And I am happy.

- "Okay, then we have just the shoes left," I say and pull out a box from my bed. My mom pretends to faint and Nicholas just looks at me with his big blue eyes.

- "Oh, no. Please. Give me strength " says Nicholas, and both mom and Nicholas starts laughing, I just sigh.

After a whole afternoon packing my dad offered to cook dinner for all of us and my brother and his new girlfriend came over. We all sit down at the kitchen table, my mom is really a pro at decorating, right now when it's summer so all details are green and white, even the curtains. But it is cozy, I wonder how Nicholas apartment looks like? I take the bowl of salad.

- "How does it feel to move to London?" my brother Gabriel asks. Gabriel is a bit older than me, he's blond, and looks nothing like me or we have the same nose, that's all.

- "It will be exciting," I reply and give the salad to Nicholas who is sitting next to me.

- "Yes, I think it will be exciting for both of you. We can talk over the internet, there's great opportunities nowadays." my mother say, smiling.

- "Yes, this is a good opportunity, Gabriella. For you both of course. But don't forget about us back home in Sweden, "says my dad and sends the plate with roasted potatoes to me.

- "Me and Gabriella, will visit Sweden as often as possible, you can always visit us, airfares have dropped quite a bit these last years. But during the Christmas, we like to be here in Sweden, if that's okay " Nicholas says and smiling. My parents love him already, and I do it too. I can't really blame them.

- "So, Matilda how long have you and Gabriel been together?" I ask. She is a sweet girl, she wears the curves with pride, I understand that, I would it to. She is a curvy blonde girl with small green eyes. But, she is checking in Nicholas more than on my brother, which makes me doubt her. Or maybe I'm just silly.

- "Two months" she replied succinctly. Is she nervous maybe?

- "What do you work with?"  Nicholas asks.

- "I actually work with children with special needs, like a teacher. I have always been interested in helping children with dyslexia."She says, but she says something more but I can't listen for any longer, it's actually pretty obvious she is fond of my British boyfriend. Yes, I'm jealous.
