Two weeks until the big day! We were able to get our deposit back and move the date to February 15th. The day after Valentine's Day. We have very little time and so much to do. Many of my friends are able to come, which is nice. My entire family was still coming and most of my glee friends were able to still come.
I looked at my RSVP list and I still haven't heard from Sebastian. He was the only person who I don't know who was coming. He was one of my best friends and him not coming wouldn't feel right. I glanced down at my phone and saw a message ironically from Sebastian. I really didn't know how to approach him about him attending my wedding.
"Honey, we have something serious to discuss." Rachel barged into my apartment.
"Don't you know how to knock?" I chuckled. "What's so serious that you needed to barge straight into my apartment?"
"It's about the wedding..." she paused. I was worried. What if she can't go? I need to find another bridesmaid then and what if my cake won't be ready in time. What if the minister cancelled.
"With you moving the date up..." Kurt began.
"We need to do our bachelorette party and since you moved up the wedding, we have less time. So tonight, whether you like it or not, you are going to have fun." Rachel demanded as she pulled me off the couch.
"Really? Why is this still a thing? I don't really want to celebrate this big." I groaned.
"Too bad, so sad!" Kurt laughed.
"Now go change into something that you would wear to a night club!" Rachel shoves me into my bedroom door.
"I'm not 21 anymore." I rolled my eyes.
"Deal with it." She stated as she locked me in my room. I just grumbled. I was stressed enough with the wedding being moved up. Something bugged me the most though. Sebastian not RSVPing to my wedding. He is my best friend and him not coming to my wedding would make it all not seem right. I always envisioned him being at my wedding... maybe I always saw him as the groom. Yet again, I always envisioned Finn being there too. Things change.
I looked around for a decent dress for the club. I was already starting to pack for our big move. I dug through one of my boxes and found an outfit. Haven't worn this dress in two years. Good enough. I grabbed a leather jacket to throw on top and long boots.
I put my hair down and redid my make up. If I'm going out tonight, might as well look hot. Something still told me that this whole Sebastian thing was not just another guest not coming to my big deal. It was a big deal. I don't know why entirely. Like it shouldn't bug me this much."Hurry up! We have a date with destiny!" Kurt yelled.
"I'm coming. Relax." I opened the door. "Let's get this over with." I groaned.
"Yay!! The girls are all meeting up with us. Tonight will be so much fun!" Rachel clapped.
"If you say so." I grumbled as she and Kurt were practically pushing me out the door. I thought this was entirely a bad idea. I had more problems than not having a bachelorette party.
