Ch. 9

Chapter 9:

{Addie's POV:}

The next morning I woke up to another text from Tony. "hope you slept good princess soon that will be me holding you instead ;)" god he's such a creep. I thought to myself as I set my phone down and crawled out of bed.

I walked downstairs to get food. I walked into the kitchen and my mom was making waffles and bacon. I grabbed a piece of bacon and sat on the island.

"How'd you sleep?" My mom asked.

"Perfectly. I missed my bed." I said laughing.

All of a sudden I felt arms around my waist.

"Morning Kian" I said not looking up from my phone.

"Morning Addie" He said kissing my cheek.

"well Addie I'm off to work no wild parties." My mom said kissing the top of my head.

"yes mother" I said.

I finished eating my breakfast and put my plate in the sink before heading up stairs to get ready for the day. I got a shower then changed into a tank top and shorts. me and Kian sat and watched TV all day until about 6. "oh by the way were going to a dance tonight" Kian said.

"what?! that last time I went to a dance was my senior prom" I said.

"yeah well there's a community dance tonight and I think we should go so we are going" Kian said.

"fine when are we leaving?" I asked knowing I wouldn't win.

"7:30" Kian said.

"Okay ill be back down in about an hour." I said shuffling up the stairs.

I went strait to my closet looking for something to wear. "ah-uh!" I said to myself as I pulled out my senior prom dress. I laid it on my bed and went into the bathroom to start my hair and makeup. i brushed and lightly curled my hair. I then did my make up which consisted of foundation, eyeliner, eye shadow, and some lip gloss. I walked back across the room and slipped into my dress. "perfect fit" I said to myself, I then went and found the heels I wore.

I walked back downstairs at 7 on the dot. I walked into the living room and there was Kian all dressed up. "you look beautiful Addie" Kian said pulling me out of my thoughts. "You don't look to bad yourself" I said smiling at him as he pulled me in for a kiss.

"we should probably get going." Kian said staring into my eyes. I nodded looking away.

we got to the dance at 7:30 on the dot. Kian opened my door and grabbed my hand helping me out of the car. he intertwined our fingers and we walked in together. As we walked in I realized he took us to our towns annual Cinderella Ball. They throw this huge party every year for some unknown reason. When I was younger me and Jc went together all the time.

"Kian how did you know I love coming to this?" I asked him even though I probably already knew the answer.

"Jc told me" he said... Called it.

As soon as we walked in the song Hakuna Matata was playing. Yes being that its a "Cinderellas ball" they play Disney music all night. eventually after about three fast pace songs and me almost falling on my face from not walking in heels for so long a slow song came on.

"Can you feel the love tonight...." I sang as Kian spun us in circles on the dance floor.

"You have a really pretty voice. which makes since a pretty voice for a pretty girl" Kian said.

I smiled and looked at the ground. "Thanks" I said putting a piece of hair behind my ear.

After the song we went and sat down and Kian went a got us drinks. The soda tasted odd but I didn't think anything of it. A few hours later I started feeling sick "lets get you home." Kian said grabbing my arm and pulling me out the door.

"Kian I don't feel so good." I said getting closer to the car. I stopped and ended up throwing up luckily missing my dress the only down fall is that was the last thing I remembered.
