Ch. 30

Chapter 30:

{Addie's POV:}

I woke up to Kian telling me we were home. We left his parents shortly after Christmas dinner. I slowly got out of the car and got my suitcase. I unlocked the door and walked in.

"Home sweet home." I said collapsing on the couch.

"What didn't you like my house?" Kian asked closing the door as he came in.

"No I like it, but I like my house." I said.

My phone started buzzing telling me I had a phone call, I looked at my phone to see it was Joey.

"Hello?"

"Hey is it okay if I come spend the weekend at your house?" He asked.

"Sure that's fine, I'll be over in the morning to get you." I said before handing up.

"Who was that?" Kian asked.

"Joey." I mumbled into the couch.

"Alright let's get you to bed." Kian said picking me up and carrying me up to me room.

~Next Day~

I woke up to my alarm. I turned it off and slowly crawled out of bed while Kian was still passed out next to me, loser, I got a shower then going to my closet to pick out clothes.

I put on a black sports bra with a grey and black tank top and black skinny jeans with white high top converses. I didn't feel like fighting with my contacts and put on my big frame glasses before pulling my hair up into a ponytail and leaving.

I left a note for Kian saying where I was going and went out to the garage. I decided to take the Mustang. Maurisa, Jen, and I share cars, mine being the Mustang.

I got to my grams house a little after 11 and left at almost 1 we got back around 2 and when I went in Maurisa was there with Kian and Sam.

"Hey M how was your parents." I asked.

"Don't get me started, oh Maurisa you look how big you've gotten, how old are you now, are you seeing anyone. so many questions and I text most of my family on a daily basis." she said as she stood following me.

"Who's this?" She asked as she followed me and Joey to the guest room.

"This is my little brother Joey." I said.

"Oh, hi I'm Maurisa." she said waving as she then left the room and going back to the living room.

After Joey was settled, Kian and Sam invited him to play video games and of course he agreed leaving me and Maurisa to catch up, we were sitting on the front porch when a car pulled into the drive way.

"Thanks for the ride." I heard Jen's voice say.

"Jen!" I said running across the porch to hug her.

"Hey girl, so how was leeches house?" She asked causing us all to laugh being that's what we call Kian now.

"It wasn't bad, I was waiting for you to get home to spill the big news." I said.

"Spill away!" She said sitting next to Maurisa on the porch swing.

"Me and the leech are engaged." I said and their eyes light up.

"That's amazing!" Jen yelled running and hugging me.

"What's amazing?" Kian asked from the doorway.

"You're actually gonna get married and had a steady girlfriend!" Maurisa exclaimed.

He just rolled his eyes and smiling. "what do you guys wanna do were bored." he said getting back to what he came outside for.

"I just got home so I'm gonna go unpack, you guys can pick something cause I'm gonna take a while." Jen said grabbing her things and walking inside.

"Mini golf?" I asked.

"Unpacking can wait let's go." Jen said walking back outside keys in hand as she ran off the porch.

"Mini golf it is." Maurisa said.

We got back from mini golfing and Jen went to unpack, it was about 8 at night so I decided to just watch something on Netflix.

It ended Kian taking over the TV and watching Orange is the New Black. I swear we watch one episode three times.

After we finished that we ended up watching the most recent pretty little liars episode and then I turned the TV off it now being after 1 in the morning.

"One more episode please?" Kian asked us being the only ones up.

"You can watch it on the TV in my room." I said as I started walking upstairs.

"Deal." he said running past me almost knocking me over.

I got into my bedroom and he was already in bed with the remote. "damn speed demon, did you even change." I asked.

"I thought I was forgetting something." he said causing me to laugh as he hopped out of bed walking to my dresser and grabbing a pair of his sweats.

"You know you might as well move in while you at it." I said laughing as I laid down.

"I should." he said joining me in bed.

"Or we could get our own house" he added as he turned the lights out and turned on the episode we left off on.

"You're such a dork." I said.

"But I'm your dork." he said kissing me.
