It's official. We really have to get a bigger place now. Two. We're having two. Double the happiness. Double the trouble.
2 days earlier (Dec 24th Christmas Eve)
Since our cast consists of mainly kids, the Duffers decided to throw a small Secret Santa/Christmas Eve party. It wasn't anything big, just us meeting on set having some Christmas food and exchange gifts. I picked Millie for Secret Santa. I was so excited to get her a gift. It was kind of like a practice before I have my own daughter. I don't really know what kids like these days, so I went with a safe option. David had Joe. Obviously! The two of them really grew close together. Bromance you may say.
- Omg Noni I love it- Millie said with that British accent of hers as she opened up her gift- I will wear these all the time now.
- I'm glad you like them. I didn't know if I should go with silver or gold so I got you both.
- I love them both. Thank you so much - Millie added as she was putting her new earrings on.
- You are so welcome sweetheart. - Millie just gave me the biggest hug. It warmed my heart. It reminded me that soon I will get those big hugs from my own daughter.
- For real, bro? Team Steve? - Joe raises his eyebrows as he was holding a t-shirt. - Wow your creativity level just hit rock bottom - he laughed.
- What? it's funny - David smiled as he was explaining himself- You know I'm terrible at picking out gifts. But hey at least I got you that video game you were talking about- David said sarcastically.
- Yeah... about that video game. -Steve rolled his eyes - I already own a copy. I got it 2 days ago.
- You're joking?
Joe just nodded.
- Oh shit. Well, it's official. I'm never buying gifts for anyone ever again. From now on I'm giving out cash.
- Honey, next time ask me and I'll help you. - I turned to him.
- Honey? - Ross overheard.
- What? He's my friend. We're close like that- I quickly responded realizing what I just said.
- Oh please, spare us. -Brett laughed - Could you two cut the horseshit? We know!
- Know what? - David and I asked in unison. We got so nervous.
- Cara told us- Ross added.- and by the way Brett nice way of putting that. When Joyce and Hop get together your character should definitely have a similar conversation with them.
- Cara! You little snitch.
- Oh please. I didn't have to say shit. You two make it so obvious that even a blind person was able to see it.
- That's true - Joe snorted - The amount of times I caught you staring at her ass kind of gave it away. I mean I knew you like her, but that made it very obvious.
- I told you to control yourself Harbour - I punched David - How many times have I told you to play it cool?
- And how did Cara know?- he looked at me playfully.
- Well...you know
- No, I don't know.
