I've had the same nightmare the past two nights. This dream scares me to the point when I don't want to sleep. I'm in the woods when all of the sudden there is a clear patch with railroad track running along it. I cross the tracks and the sky becomes purple. It scares me so I run home as fast as I can just to figure out that I whenever I cross the tracks it takes me to another dimension but when I return to my side of the tracks I'm in my dimension. When people figure out about this dimension the give sends y'all scary men that wear black to find and kill the people who know so I run anywhere and everywhere that may hide me and just before they catch me I wake up. I don't know what it means or what it's trying to get me to realize but I'm scared. I'm going to try not to sleep even though I'm really tired and dozing off as I write this. I'll just scroll through Instagram and eat candy. Maybe that will work. Does anyone out there know how to help? Do any of you know how I can stop this? Science says that nightmares are more prone to happen when it's cold. My parents say it's so hot at night but I'm shaking no matter how many blankets I use. It's only at night tho. During the day it's fine. It's just freezing at night. I don't know what to do. I don't have good dreams anymore. And rarely do I dream at all. So when I have the same night mare twice in a row. That kinda tells me something. Maybe I'm just insane. I don't know. I have this random urge to hurt someone. Not me. I'm fine with myself right now. I just feel protective of my friends/family. I might punch my brother and threaten to run away again soon. I kinda feel it coming but I don't know how to stop it. I want to hurt something and I don't know why. Now don't misunderstand me. I have no intention on killing anything/anyone I just have a sudden urge to beat someone shitless. That's understandable right? No just me? Ok.
