3. Shopping Spree

I stand in front of her completely exposed. As I contemplate in my mind how to explain everything to her. Also, that I feel awkward being in front of her like this...

So I go, "Three years ago ... I didn't treat a young woman so nicely ... She told me I'll regret the feeling of rejection ... Also to never judge or play somebody. I laughed in her face and she transformed me and Noen into huskies. So whenever the sun rises, I'm a dog. When the sunsets Noen and I are human. I have until September first to fall in love a girl. If I get her love in return I'll become human again when the sunrises. If I don't ... I'll stay a husky forever..."

She adverts her eyes somewhere else as if she's processing everything I had told her. After a good minute I heard her sigh. The sigh of disappointment and sadness.

"I uh ... also um ... we both uh ... feel awkward being ... ya know?" She nods exiting the living room immediately. I turn to Noen giving him the 'Did-I-Do-It-Right' look. And he gives me an 'OBVIOUSLY DUDE' look in return. I hear footsteps seeing her enter with two sets of clothes.

"Black for Noen, Gray for Caleb... I'll take the collars off you both... I'll take you two shopping," She hands us both a set of clothes then takes off our collars. Setting them on the counter in the kitchen. She re-enters the living room and exits again.

She comes back in with two pairs of guy sandals. I take a pair and Noen does.

"They're clean and they use to be my old roommates. He moved out months ago," I didn't know if she was telling the truth so I looked at her skeptically.

"Noen, we can go- Noen?" I turn to see Noen taking a slice of pizza.

"No offense but dog food is gross," Noen replied causing Ella to laugh. I instantly felt my blood boil noticing that Noen made Ella laugh. She grabs her wallet, keys and phone.

"Let's head out," she said. Noen grabbed a new slice of pizza and a napkin following behind Ella and I. We exit her front door as she secured her place. I head to the passenger side making Noen sit in the back. As she sighs walking to the drivers side. She starts the car as all of us buckle up. She goes in reverse out of the driveway then puts it in drive heading out.

I cannot believe my dogs aren't actually dogs?! The fact that they're huskies who have this curse on them keeps replaying like a stupid song. Caleb is really handsome ... so is Noen but he seems a bit younger. The fact that I found them both naked in my house is repulsive. I've never wanted to exit my own home in a matter of time in my life!

I mentally groan annoyed by the fact that Caleb and Noen are in my car ... in human form. I widen my eyes as I slowly process this.

"The pizza was amazing!" Noen exclaimed. I smiled then looked for a parking spot in our local shop place. I hope I can get them more clothes to wear.

We go into the store searching for the men's section but it seemed as if Ella knew what she's doing. Noen and I following behind with these clothes she gave us to wear for now.

"Ella! Ella!" I hear somebody say from a distance. I pull Ella causing her to stop and glaring at me. "Ella, Hey..." she sounded out of breath as if she has been trying to be caught up with us for a minute.

"Ashley! What're you doing here?" Ella asked while Ashley apparently was panting still out of breath.

"I was in the woman's section when I saw you from the corner of my eye speed-walking down the aisles," Ashley explained. I noticed Noen was eyeing her in a specific way. I smiled when I realized he was checking her out. Noen glowered at me knowing not to make a big scene.
