25. "Will. You. M-"

I slowly flutter my eyes open to feel an arm wrapped around me. I turn slowly to see Caleb still asleep. I feel him breathing softly against my back. I looked at the time to see it read;

8:45a.m.

I turned slowly to study Caleb. I take in all of his facial features. His smile, how flawless his skin looks, his pink lips. How everything is just so perfect. He moves a bit then yawns as he slowly opens his eyes to see me.
I smile at him as a greeting. He smiles back. He looks around slowly then sits up confused. I raise an eyebrow at him puzzled by his expression. He stood in the mirror trying to process what he's physically seeing right now. I got up and stood slightly beside him. I wrap my arms around him as he stands there studying this moment. I see his arms move to physically touch my arms that were wrapped around him. Then he slowly turned to me.

"You broke the curse," Caleb said amazed and speechless. I smile then walk into my closet to pick out an outfit. I grab a black t-shirt and some shorts because I certainly didn't have any motivation to do anything today. I also spaced that I have work in a few hours.

When I exit my bedroom the door was open but, Caleb was gone. I sigh hoping I hadn't upset him or something. I grab my phone heading into the kitchen to see Noen fully clothed tapping his finger tips against the table. He turns to me when I walk in full view. He gets up from his chair fast rushing towards me. He hugs me immediately. I gasped taken aback by his sudden action.
I wrapped my arms around him enjoying the warmth radiating off of him. A few minutes later I felt him crying. My eyes widen but I'm glad he couldn't see my reaction. This was the first time I've ever heard or seen him cry. Ever.

"I thought I was going to remain a husky forever," Noen finally said as we both pulled away from the intense embrace that happened a few minutes ago.

"Well, I love Caleb. I've had the most amazing times of my life with that boy. For the past three and a half months I've never felt such a strong connection with anyone, but him. He's my world," I say to him. I noticed Caleb from the corner of my eye. I noticed Noen saw him first before I had. I turned to glance at Caleb to see him leaning against the wall watching the entire scene. I turn back to Noen giving him the most genuine smile.
He pulled me in for another hug before letting me go to Caleb. Which I gladly was happy for. I really needed that from Noen. It felt nice being appreciated from someone I grew close to in three and a half months.

"Go." He mumbled. He exited the kitchen rushing back into his bedroom. As Caleb and I stood there holding eye contact. I realized how different this truly felt. The sun was awake in the sky and he, Caleb Finn, was standing across the room from me. He was watching me closely.
He was wearing a grey t-shirt and black shorts. His hair was a little ruffled up, but it was absolutely adorable.

"Hey," I say just to fill in the intense silence that was in the air.

"Hey," He said as he took a couple steps towards me. Unfolding his arms that were once against his chest. I grew nervous seeing now we were slowly getting closer together.

"So... What're we ... going to-" I immediately got cut off by Caleb's lips on mine. His hands cupping my face. He held me gently as if I would break in his hands. I held his wrists kissing him back. This kiss was gentle and passionate. It certainly sparked fireworks. Along with a huge eruption of butterflies flying around in our stomachs. He slowly pulled away and I smiled with my eyes closed.

When I slowly opened them he was smiling at me already. He leaned in pressing his lips gently against mine once again. I kissed back completely melting into him. Our lips move into a slow sync and at some point he pulls away from me slowly. He leans down on one knee holding both my hands.

"Ella Elinzabeth Brooks, you're the most gorgeous girl.. I have ever laid eyes on. You have made me feel as if I'm the luckiest man on earth to have you. You may be stubborn, snarky, and a know-it-all at times but, I love you. I'm ridiculous to ask this even though we've known each other for three and a half months months-"

"Caleb, WAIT!" Noen gave Caleb a small box that indicates that there is a ring inside. "A special gift." Noen winks then walks off. Where did he -

"Ella, I'm ready to ask now... Will you do the honor of marrying me?" Caleb asked. I took in a deep breath. Do I say Yes or No?
