Chapter 21

Shadow PoV :

I was thinking about the party in my room, after Rouge and Sonic left. I didn't like parties but... I wanted to make her happy.
Abitually, Rouge isn't someone that you can't change her mind but when she saw someone who feels really bad, she won't force him.
This is what I like with her.

I imagine that all of our friends will be there, I don't want to worry them...

I dressed up myself and went downstairs and tell them that I'll go to the party.
Rouge was really happy and I kinda... Felt happy too...

"-so, what do you wanna do today sweetheart?
-just to be with you...
-hey, what about eat in a restaurant tonight?
-tonight?
-yeah but don't worry, I'll stay with you and we won't get back home too late..."

I... Didn't know what to say... Of course I wanted to have a date with my love but I was a little afraid... I was traumatized by the night...

"-...okay, which restaurant?"

I want to stop to be a coward... I'm going to fight my fear.

"-you're choosing sweetheart
-okay, but first we need to take a shower and I need to prepare breakfast...
-alright, I'll go take a shower..."

After that Sonic get to the bathroom, I get into the kitchen. I decided to made something lite, like waffles with hot chocolates.

Some minutes later, Sonic came back.
"-you arrive in time, I just finished preparing breakfast! Give it a try! "
I cut a piece of waffle and gave it to Sonic. He took it and ate it.
"-so? How is it?
-it's delicious sweetheart, we should eat before it's get cold
-but I need a shower an-..."
He cut another piece of waffle and put it in my mouth.
"-eat. Shower after. Waffles are better hot.
-hey, I'm not a child...!"
He took a chair and made me sit on it.
" -you're so stubborn...
-so are you"

He made me eat all my plate. I recognized that it's really sweet of him but I felt like a child. One last bite was on the dish, he took it and just put it on my lips. He approached me. His lips were just separated with only some centimeters, and then kissed me.
He bit my lips a little when he took the piece of waffle with his teeth. I opened my lips a little and Sonic put the bite of waffle in my mouth.
"-still mad at me?"
I ate the last bite and shook my head as a no.
"-never too long with you...
-happy to hear it. Now, I'm going to make you a good hot bath"

He took me to the bathroom and started the hot water. I was on a laptop, searching a good restaurant.
"-hey Sonic, look!
-what is it?
-I found a restaurant that looks really nice! The" Honey Bird"
Sonic looked at the pages and took out his phone.
"-I'm calling them for the reservation, you can take your bath, take your time
-okay"

I get inside the bathtub and relax.
