BOKUTO'S POV SATURDAY MORNING

(Y/n) and I have been texting all week about our amazing plan to get (bff) and Akaashi together, and today was the day! I was super excited because not only would I be helping my friend get a girlfriend, I would get to hang out with (y/n) more! She seems super cool and fun, and she knows a lot about volleyball! As I was on my way to Akaashi's house my phone buzzed. It was (y/n)! She texted me her address which I just realized she never gave me, so I sent her a couple emojis and went on my way. She told us to meet her there at one so i could chat with Akaashi for a bit and tease him more about (bff). I knocked on Akaashi's door and messaged him to let him know I was here.

[CoolOwlDude: Akaashiiiiiiiiii I'm heeeerrrrreeeeeeeeee!!!!!! 🦉🦉]

I hear noises and grumbling from inside and see him open the door. 

"Why are you here so early Bokuto?"

Akaashi asked annoyed, It's not like it's THAT early, it was about 11:45, which means they had about an hour to spare! And judging by the looks of things, Akaashi had just finished getting ready. 

"Hey hey hey! since you're already ready, why don't we hang out for the time being?!"

Akaashi just sighed and let me in. (Y/n)'s house was only a 15 minute walk from here so we just decided to hang out in the living room.

"So... about (bff)..."

I say mischievously. Akaashi stiffened up a bit and his cheeked turned a bit pink, 

"w-what about her?"

He asked, oooohhhh this is gonna be sooooooo easy. I smirked a bit.

"Do you think shes cuuuuuuute~? Like ya wanna kiss her cuuuuuute~???"

I continued to tease him as his face became more and more red. I laughed and stopped after a while and soon it was time to head out. We left a bit early since we had to look up directions as we had never been there before. 

"Alright it says to turn right on this street and it should be the thrid house on the left."

Akaashi said, so we head up to the house and knock. I text (y/n)

[CoolOwlDude: We're heeeeeeeeere]

not even a minute later I get a text. 

[Reader: On your left!]

I look down confused, then look over and see her peaking out of the house next door and smile sheepishly. Guess we missed it. We walk over and she invites us in, she brings us back by (bff) who gives a quick nod and goes back to her conversation before doing a double take eyes wide then glares at (y/n). Who, in return, just shrugged over-dramatically before dragging me over to the snack table. She's picking up many different foods but I notice a nice looking platter of cookies.

"Okay, so if things go wrong today and they don't confess to each other or anything, we'll go back to plan A with the blind date thing."

she says as she examines a biscuit and puts it on her plate.

"Ok! Just one question."

I say still eyeing up those cookies. They look REALLY good! 

"Yeah?"

"Can I have some of those?"

I ask, I doubt she'll say no, but still. 

"Yea, they're not the best but hey, I tried."

She says taking a scoop of salad... Jeez that's a lot of salad. What did she mean by she tried? Oh well I get a cookie, yaaaaay me! I grab one and take a small bite. They're super good!! I scarf down the cookie in my hand and grab a few more. (Y/n) looks at me with an eyebrow raised.

"Jeez I didn't know they were THAT good" 

She said almost amused. She jumped as (bff) slung an arm around her with Akaashi following suit. 

"Well duh! Of course they're good you made 'em!"

She exclaimed. I stopped and my eyes went wide.

"Y'u mrde d's (you made these)?!?!"

She looked a bit concerned as she backed away,

"Ummm.... Yyyyyeeeaaaahhhhh?????? Wwwhhhyyyyy????"

I swallow the bite I have in my mouth, wiped my face and grabbed her shoulders. 

"THESE ARE THE BEST COOKIES EVER! YOU SHOULD BAKE FOR THE TEAM OH MY GOOOOOODDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!"

I exclaimed while shaking her. I didn't realize what I had done until I saw her soul leaving her body. Whoops.

"(Y-y/n)?"

She was on the floor at this point and (bff) walked up to her and kinda kicked her a bit.

"Ugggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I think I'm gonna be sick..."

(y/n) said dramatically

"Yyyyeeaaaahhhh you killed her."

(bff) says matter of factually. AHHHHHHH WHAT DO I DO?!?! I DON'T WANNA GO TO JAIL!

"W-wait (y/n) don't die! You're not allowed to die! I can't go to jail!!"

I say as she looks at me dramatically before saying,

"My time. Has come. (Bff), come closer..."

(Bff) sighs but obliges.

"I give all my worldly possessions to the cat... Please take good care of her. Bokuto... There's a million dollars hidden in the......."

She trailed off before dying dramatically 

"NOOOOOOO!!!!" 

And scene. 

"Alright, I'm bored and hungry again."

She says as she gets up. I hear (bff) and Akaashi sigh behind me as she goes back to the snack table. I just stare at her in awe. She's just so fun to be around. But there's something thats been bothering me... She catches me staring.

"What?"

"Nothing"

 I look away and she shrugs before going back to her snacks. I'll ask her about it later.
