Chapter 14: Plans for Halloween?

Eren slammed his door and pieces of the wall fell off. He then kicked his bag in the air and layed down on his bed, muttering many curses.

He had just finished fighting with his parents. His day has been total shit.

Because of the stress, he decided to take a nap.

After an hour and a half, he woke up suddenly when his phone rang. He fell off his bed, and then slowly took his phone and saw it was a video call from Armin. He answered it, as he scratched his eyes and yawned.

Armin: Crap- Eren did I bother you?

Eren: huh? No... I was just asleep, nothing much. Jesus my head hurts even more than before.

Armin: I-Is it because of me?

Eren: No bro, I'm just angry as a bull. Getting into a fight with Jean and detention just wasn't enough, I totally had to question everything in my life and argue with my parents!

Armin: Holy cow... Must've been one hell of a shitty day after that...

Eren: You don't say.

Armin stood quiet for a while, then he spoke up again.

Armin: So... Um... Have you heard from Mikasa?

Eren: Hold on... Lemme check my messages.

He saw there was a message from Mikasa indeed. She said "I wanna meet you in person and talk about it".

Eren replied "Dear I don't think my parents will let me get out of the house for a week after this"

Armin: So? What did she say?

Eren: She's typing...

Armin: hold on, wait! I'll just call her too.

Eren: yeah that's a better idea.

Armin wanted to add her, but she hung up and said she couldn't make video calls because she was at school with Mrs. Brzenska, making a report reffering to all the students that the School Halloween Party will drop out.

When both boys saw the message, they threw their phones in the air and danced around the room.

Eren: FINALLY SOMETHING GOOD AFTER A SHITTY DAY LIKE THIS! YES!

It was finally evening. It was 8 o' clock. After they all had dinner, the three phone called again.

Eren: Babyyyy - He said smiling big.

Mikasa, blushing: Shh! Eren! My dad might hear you.

Eren giggled.

Armin smiled: So Mikasa it's confirmed that the School Party is dropping out?

Mikasa: Yes, so the students will separately go to Sasha's parents' Restaurant to celebrate.

Eren: wait they're having a Halloween special?

Mikasa: Yes, I'm so excited oh my Gosh.

Eren: I'll tell Annie about it tomorrow at school. She's not exactly a party type, but I think she would enjoy my company.

When he said that, Mikasa's look was so scary, that Armin's eyes had swollen to the size of a golfball.

Mikasa: Yes Eren, but you'll be dancing with me, right?

Eren: Duh! Who the hell should I be dancing with? Jean?

Armin giggled.

Armin: Oh yes. The angry dude and a horse. A better love story than Romeo and Juliet. - he said, teasing him.

Eren: Very funny, Armin. Soooo funny-he said sarcastically.

Mikasa:Which reminds me, you told me you had an argument today. What happened?

Eren: Oh, well, Jean is jealous of me because you chose me over him.

Mikasa turned red. Then her face came back to her natural skintone and said "Wait what...? He had a crush on me?"

Armin: Well... He told me that he also said how it irritates him that most girls flirt with Eren even if he has a 'shitty' attitude.

Eren: Jesus, I should've said 'Bro Mr. Ackerman has a shittier attitude than me but even Assistant Ral flirts with him all the time'.

Armin giggled very loudly.

Mikasa smiled in approval. It was indeed true that he was a single man and that both Mrs. Zoe and Assistant Ral flirted with him.

Eren: Oh. I also think Jean and Marco should be together. Like seriously.

Armin: wait for real? Why?

Mikasa: They have the same sort of relationship as Historia and Ymir.

Eren: God I remember the reaction of all boys at her coming out. Did you see Reiner's face when she came out as gay?

Armin: Yeah. Mikasa's face was like: oh. Holy shit.

Eren: Maybe Marco is gay... Who knows...

Mikasa: or maybe it's just a bromance. You know, like two bros who care a lot about each other.

Eren: True.
Hey Armin, have you ever had a crush on anyone?

Armin has his mouth open, smiling. Then it turned into a worried frown and he closed his mouth.

Armin: Uhhh...nope, never!

Eren: Holy shit bro! You've never been in love?!

Armin: Nope.

Mikasa: I've been in love-

Eren: - with me, of course.

Mikasa: Y-Yeah- and she blushed.

Armin: Okay maybe I used to have a crush on Historia before her coming out last year back in May...

Mikasa clapped her hands.

Eren laughed.

Armin: But I don't like her anymore.

Eren: Yeah we know - He said laughing.

Armin: Which reminds me, guys, what are your plans for Halloween night?

Mikasa and Eren, at the same time: Sasha's restaurant.

Armin: Cool, I'll ask my parents tomorrow morning if they'll make me come. Reiner and Bertholt want to join us too.

Eren: Sure, why not.

Mikasa: wait the guy in Annie's middle school class?

Eren: Yes.

Armin: Guys, I have to go to sleep. I'll see you tomorrow at the bus stop.

Eren: Sure, see ya!

Mikasa: Good night, Armin.

When he left the call, Eren and Mikasa kept talking for another 30 minutes, and then both went to sleep.
