The car ride felt long, the whole ride zoe was talking about her 'adventure through parenthood', i just rested my head on ruel's shoulder as i played with the baby.

Ruel's POV

the whole way home, her head rested on my shoulder, we were cute

tbh i don't know what we are, i like her.

a lot.

but having a relationship might hurt my career, and then that would hurt her. I really don't want to hurt y/n. Then again, what would Nate think about a relationship? i can bet you 10 bucks that he will murder me.

but then again, y/n is going to be one of my back up vocalists, so that means she may have to go on tour, and i'll make sure she comes in tour, so maybe we could keep it on the down low?

ugh i really need coco right now for some girl advice.

The drive home was filled with zoe talking about her baby, Chase looked pissed, and y/n looked peaceful, i was just looking out the window

Y/n's POV

We got home, thank god

I grabbed the baby out of the car and walked with ruel into the house.

"Mum, Dad, we found Zoe!" i yelled as i sat in the couch, the baby still in my hands. Ruel on my left

"Zoe, it's nice to see you" Mum said as she gave her a hug

"Long time no see mum" she replied as the gave each other a hug

"Well whose fault is that?" My dad said as he walked down the stairs

"Dad" i said as i shut my eyes, i wasn't bothered anymore

then noah started crying

i handed the child to Zoe as i walked up stairs, Chase and Ruel following me

i plopped onto my bed

"ugh" i said as the boys walked in and shut my door

"why is she back? why now" Chase said as he sat on the edge of my bed with ruel

"beats me" i said as i turned to face the boys

"sorrryyyy ruellll" i said

"u need to stop saying sorry" he said as he laughed

"my apologies" i said as he laughed

"ew" chase said again

"calm down chase" i said to him

i grabbed my laptop and put some disney on, cause u can never go wrong with disney

we were 10 mins when Ruel got a call,

"i have to go now guys, sorry" he said as he got up

"we'll walk you out" i said as i pulled chase up

"bye mate" he said as he gave chase a bro hug

"byeeee y/nnnnnn" he said as he gave me a hug and ruffled my hair

chase and i walked back inside to see Zoe sitting on the couch, which was pulled out as a bed and the baby in a crib

"hey y/n can i speak to u?" she said

"yeah sure" i replied as i sat next to her on the couch

chase was in the kitchen listening on

"listen y/n, this ruel kid" she said

"what about him?" i asked her

"i don't like him, he isn't good for you" she relied

chase was creeping closer and closer to me

"um why?" i said in a pissed tone

"i just don't, stay away from him please" she said

"Zoe, who the fuck do you think you are? you went missing for 4 fucking years and you come out of now where and tell me that ruel 'isn't good for me'? maybe your not good for me zoe? i'm leaving" i said as i walked out the door and slammed it behind me

i heard chase following behind me, but i couldn't care less, i just ran to the park and found a bench to sit on and think

Ruel's POV

i saw chase run after y/n, i opened my window and called out to Chase

"bro is she alright?" i sorta yelled to chase

"nope, zoe got to her head" he yelled back

"do you need me to help you find her?" i asked him

"can u?" he said as i nodded

i put on some shoes and threw a white shirt over my head, it didn't really go with my grey trackies, but oh well

"where are you going?" Coco asked as i sped down the stairs

"to help a friend?" i replied

" your going to find y/n aren't you?" she asked

"wait how did you know?" i asked her

"i heard her crying and chase yelling and then you yelling from upstairs" she said

"makes sense" i said

"okay have fun!" Coco said she waved as i left the house

i needed to help y/n, and now, i lowkey felt like that was my purpose, well at least one of them.
