Ruel's POV

Chase and i ran to follow y/n, she could literally be anywhere, and to make matters worse, she didn't know where she was going.

Then we lost her, it was pitch black

"You go check the playground, ill go to the park" Chase said as he ran in the opposite direction holding his iphone flash light.

I ran to the playground, looking around everywhere, until i saw her, sitting on a swing

I went and sat next to her, i wasn't sure if she wanted to be left alone or not

Y/N'S POV

He came and sat on the swing next to me

"Are you okay?" he said after a minute of silence

"Yeah, im fine" i replied

"My sister said that if a girl says she's fine, then she isn't really fine" ruel said to me making me giggle

"Im pretty sure she got that from Kim Kardashian" i replied, making him laugh

Then his phone rang

"Yeah, Chase she's here" ruel sai into the phone as he put it back in his pocket

Then we heard footsteps,

"Oh my freaking god y/n, you can't just run away like that" Chase said as he ruffled my hair

"Oh well, i did and u followed me, so who is in control now?" i replied

"Can we go home now?" Chase asked

"With the devil there? I don't think so" i replied

"So im guessing Zoe did something?" Ruel questioned

"You guessed correctly" i replied, i didn't really want to tell ruel the reasoning behind me running away, cause i didn't want him to know that i just cried over him, and i didn't want him to know that Zoe hates him

"Y/n, shes probably gone to bed anyway" Chase said as he whined like a baby

"Up you get" Ruel said as he pulled me off the swing

"Fine, only cause the baby is cute" replied as Ruel pulled me into a side hug

"AWW" Chase said as he wrapped his arms around me and ruel, joining in the hug

"WE ARE SO CUTE!" Chase said again

"CHASE YOUR SO HOT" Ruel said to Chase

"THEN MARRY ME!" Chase replied as he pulled ruel's warmth away from me and engulfed him in an over the top boy hug

"You guys are fucking crazy" i replied as i started walking home

i somehow avoided Zoe as i walked up the stairs to my room, i quickly changed into my pyjamas before doing my small skincare routine.

i cuddled under the bedsheets as i scrolled through instagram

i shut off my phone as i finally allowed myself to relax and fall asleep

*next day*

I woke up to my brother staring at me,

i let off a scream

"HOLY SHIT CHASE" i said as i walked him in the arm, he started laughing at me

"get ready" he said as he left my room

i got ready and pulled my hair into a high ponytail cause i was feeling extra today, then i grabbed my phone and my bag as i walked downstairs,

only to be met with Zoe

"goodmorning y/n! would you like some toast?" she asked as she walked into the kitchen,

"nah i'm fine with an apple" i said as i grabbed the red fruit from the fruit basket

"bye!" Chase said as he ran down the stairs and opened the door, waiting for me to walk through it before shutting it

"i hate her" i replied as as we walked down the street

"same, just deal with it" he said as he gave me a side hug and punched me in the arm

"lil bitch" i said as i hit him back

We were early to school, well early for us, we made it to home room and all of our classes on time

Then it was lunch, i walked to sit where we usually sit, i saw Ruel and Alannah there already, laughing.

"Hey guys!" i said as i sat down with them

"Y/NNNN" Alannah said as she gave me a hug

"HIIII GIRLYYYYY" I said as i hugged her back

"Hiiiiiii y/nnnnnnn" Ruel said as he gave me a hug

"Hiiiiiiiiii Ruelllllllll" i said as i hugged him back

Eventually the others came from their classes

We all sat and just talked as we sat under the shady tree, our shady tree.

The whole time i noticed Alannah and Ruel really close, like super close, whatever he said, she laughed and whatever she said he laughed.

Was i jealous? Maybe.

Did i want him to notice? HELL NO

My last class was Science, which Alannah was in with me

"Okay y/n, i have something to tell you" alannah said as we took our seats in the class

"Ooooohhhh tell me" i replied

"I like someone" Alannah said

"Oh"
