Ruel's POV

I woke up with a throbbing headache, i couldn't remember anything from last night. On my nightstand, i saw a cup of water with some panadol. Thank god.

*kNoCk KnOcK*

"Hey Ruel, you alright buddy?" Coco asked as she sat on my bed

"Yeah, just a headache, thats it" i replied, drinking the rest of the water

"Okay good, also, say thanks to y/n, she took care of you last night" Coco said

"Oh no, that isn't good, did i say anything bad?" I asked panicking

"No! Trust me, dont worry" Coco said as she left my room

Shit, i needed to apologize to y/n about last night. I quickly pulled on some grey trackies and a plain white t shirt. Then i slipped into my slides and ran down the stairs.

"Where are you going?" sylvie asked as she ate her breakfast

"Going out!" i said as i ran out the door

I ran to y/n's house, which is only a 1 minute run, since she's next door.

I got to her front porch and i knocked on her door.

"Oh hey mate!" Chase said as he opened the door

"Hey chase, um is y/n here?" i asked as he led me inside

"Yeah, im pretty sure she's in Kyla's room" Chase replied

I looked at him frantically, i don't know where Kyla's room even is!

"Calm down bro, its the one with the pink door that says 'Kyla' on it" he replied

"Thanks bro" i said as i walked up the stairs

I immediately found the room, i mean, how couldn't you, the door was entirely pink

I knocked on it

"Come in!" a little voice said

I opened the door, to see y/n sitting on the bed, doing Kyla's hair in braids

"Um can i speak to you y/n?" i asked

"Yeah sure" she said

"You're all done Ky" y/n said as she walked outside and shut the door

Y/N's POV

"Sooo... whats up?" i asked

"I wanted to say sorry for last night, Coco told me that you had to take care of me and that probably sucked, so im sorry" he finished with a breath

"Thats okay, " i said again with a laugh, confused on why he couldn't have just texted me that

"Also um anything i said last night, i don't mean, and i probably said some crazy stuff, so um yeah, sorry about that too" he replied with a smile

"Oh um okay, thanks for coming Ruel" i said as i walked into my room

Everything he said last night made me so happy, everything he said was exactly what i wanted. But nothing lasts forever, and in this case, it didn't even last a day. I should've expected this, he was drunk and vulnerable and by doing absolutely nothing, he managed to rip a tiny part of my heart.

I wasn't sure if ruel was still here and i wasn't sure if he had left, and quit frankly, i didn't care anymore.

Ruel's POV

I didn't know what i did, but y/n was pissed off.

I waited outside her door for 15 minutes and then had to leave.
I said bye to chase as i left her house

"So, what happened?" Coco said as soon as i entered my room.

"Why are you in here?" i asked as i hid my face in my pillows.

"To grab a shirt, why are you being weird" she asked me again

"What did you say to her?" coco questioned

"I told her that i was sorry for last night and i didn't mean anything that i said"

"What the hell ruel?!" Coco said as she wacked me

"I said say THANKYOU not SORRY you idiot! You were so sweet last night to her, you were all like 'stop touching my girl' and 'y/n you're mine' whyyy ruel! Even you were smiling the whole time, and everytime you get drunk, you don't smile, you sleep" Coco said again

"I messed up didn't i" i said to her

"Yeah, you messed up big time"
