I opened up my window, he looked up from his guitar, his eyes staring into mine.

"Hi" i said to him

"Hi" he replied as a small smile appeared on his face

"Listen y/n, i am so so fucking sorry. I don't know why I introduced you just as a  backup vocalist, cause you mean so much more to me than someone who helps me sound good. I guess i was scared, because i like you, alot and i didn't want that to get in the way of my career when so many people, and fans are counting on me to do a good job, i want to make them proud, but its hard you know? I really didn't mean to hurt you, and im so terribly sorry for that, please forgive me y/n" ruel said as tears slipped through my eyes

"You like me?" i asked him

"Isn't it obvious? I like you alot" he said blushing and looking down

"Well its a good thing i like you alot as well," i said to him, in which hel looked up again.

"Oh my god" he said as he ran out of the room

Great what have i done now? Maybe he wasn't ready? Even though he did say he liked me first, I returned to my bed, just lying  there

Ruel's POV

I ran down the stairs and out of my house, i tried to do it as quickly and quietly as possible, but of course i was stopped by coco

"Where you off to little one?" She asked

"Next door" i replied, i needed to get of here

"Why?" she asked grinning

"To give y/n a hug" i said again

"Why can't it wait until tomorrow? Or school?" she asked

"Cause i told her that i like her" i sai ripping it off like a bandaid

"Holy shit, that's my little bro, now go and get your girl" she said as she pat me on the back and pointed towards the door, like she was a mentor or something

"Thanks coco" i said as i continued to run out the door

I ran next door and lightly knocked on the front door, it was pretty late

"Hey- oh its you" Zoe said as she opened the door

"Um i need to speak to y/n" i replied

"She doesn't want to see you" Zoe bluntly said

"W-what do you mean?" i asked, we just confessed to liking each other and now she doesn't want to see me?

"You should be heading back home-" Zoe said as Chase came from behind her

"What have you been saying to him you idiot?" Chase said as he looked at me and then Zoe

"Nothing!" she said as she put her hands up and walked away

"Sorry about her, come in" Chase said as he pulled me inside
"Im guessing you want to see y/n?" he asked me

"Uh yeah, is that okay?" i replied

"Yeah of course mate, you remember where her room is right?" Chase said

"Yep, thanks man" i said to Chase as i made my way up the stairs

Y/N's POV

I think i scared ruel away, i mean, he hasn't been back in the window for at least 15 minutes, did he realise that he actually doesn't like me? Maybe he does have feeling for Alannah after all (u wish)

"Come in" i yelled from my pillow

The person that came in didn't say anything, they just stood next to my door

"Hi" they said

I could recognise that voice from anywhere

I immediately got up and gave him a hug, a much needed hug

We then pulled away, his hand reached for my chin, pulling my head up to look at him, then his eyes flickered from my lips, back to my eyes, then he leaned in, closing the space between us

"Thanks for coming here" i said after we pulled away, we both sat down on my bed

"I would've come quicker if your sister let me in" he said with a chuckle

"Yeah, i don't think she likes you very much" i said to him

"Oh god, did i do something?" he asked, panicking

"Nope, you just remind her of her ex" i replied

"So i haven't done anything bad?" he questioned

"Nothing" i replied

"Can i ask you a question?" he said

"Go for it" i replied, i was scared

"y/n, do you want to be my girlfriend?"
