i ignored him for the rest of the lesson, i really didn't want to start crying, but it felt like i was really going too.

i felt him glance over at me a couple of times, but i didn't look at him, i couldn't, of i did i would break down completely.

"okay do what you didn't finish for homework please" the teacher said just as the bell rang

i quickly left the classroom to go and find grace, i really couldn't look at alannah, it's not that i was mad at her, i guess i was... jealous.

i've never really been the jealous type, but people change, some people change overnight, some people don't give you time to think, some people move on straight away and some people break your heart without even trying

i walk over to my locker, putting my stuff away before seeing Chase walk past looking pissed

"you okay?" i asked him as i grabbed his arm and pulled him to my locker

"im all good" he said through gritted teeth

"chase"

"Alannah is going out with ruel tonight" he said to me

"i know" i replied

"and you're alright with this?"

"do i have a choice? i'm the one who turned him down" i said sadly

"y/n, he moved on in a day, that isn't normal, that isn't fucking nice" chase said getting angrier

"chase, it's fine, i promise you" i said as Chase and i went our seperate ways

"there you are!" grace said as i ran up to her just as she walked to the next class

"i cant handle it" i said to her

"i know, alannah is one of my closest friends, but i can't believe that she would agree to go on a date with him, when she knows you like him"  Grace said as we walked into our class

"it isn't really her fault, it's his" to her as we sat down at the available desk

"y/n you can be a bit annoyed at her as well, you don't have to be so nice about it" Grace as he came in the classroom, he sat right in front of me

his tall ass head blocking me, but I couldn't tell him to move, I couldn't talk to him.

the teacher taught as i stared at the back of his head, i can't believe i let him go

the class finally finished, thank god

grace and i walked out of class, and headed off to the playground

there she was, laughing, talking with him

Alannah's POV

"okay so what do u want me to do exactly?" i asked ruel, he called me really early in the morning

"i need you to go out with me tonight" he said

"bro you're fucking delusional" i replied to him

"you need to!" he said

"whyy! what did you do to y/n?" i asked him, something was definitely up

"i asked her out" he said as i let off an excited squeal, then i realised she mustn't have said yes

"and...?" i questioned

"she turned me down" he replied bluntly

"what? she likes you!" i said to him shocked, why the hell would she turn him down?
