Simba has been worrying for some time. He was pretty sure that his mate would've been back with their son by now. Kiara saw the worried look on her father's face. "Daddy? where's mummy?" Simba gently pat his daughter on the head to comfort her.

"I don't know, but daddy will find her and your brother." Simba then pulled Kiara into a hug. "Ok. Let's go and search for them." The lionesses moved out. "Timone, Pumbaa, can you look after Kiara please. I don't want her to go missing as well." The duo agreed and Simba left.

"So, where do you think Kion and Bunga went?" Beshte asked as he decided to join his friends near the rock.

"I haven't seen Bunga ever since he left the cave. I also saw Kion walking back to Priderock when we finished the patrol."  Ono states as he and Fuli stood up. "I hope that nothing bad happened to Kion or Bunga." Before they started to move out, Simba came in. The three have never seen their king this worried.

"Have an of you seen Kion or Nala?" Simba asked as he tried to put himself together. The rest of the guard saw his facial expression and looked worried.

"What happened?" The three were hoping that Simba wouldn't reply what they think happened.

Simba sighed. "He and Nala disappeared." The whole guard were in shock. How could Nala and Kion go missing. "We have absolutely no clue to where they went nor where to start.

"Daddy!" Simba turned his head to the entrance. "Dad!" Kiara then came bursting into the room with Bunga on her back. "Bunga said he saw where mum went as well as Kion went." Everyone immediately ran towards him.

"You know where they went?" Simba sounded a bit cheerful.

"I saw them at the watering hole last." Simba was about to speak but Bunga stopped him from continuing. "I saw did see Kion in a lioness's mouth. Nala was surrounded by four other lionesses. They were heading towards the Outlands by memory." Simba looked scared.

"T...the Outlands? Come on. If they are really there, we have to look for clues for their whereabouts now." Everyone left the cave and walked over to the watering hole.

Nala was laying down in a cave with her son in her paws. There were no way out from the cave that they were in and if they did find a way, they would still have to navigate their way through the Outlands.

In the distance from the cave. A far distance, two lions had their eyes on the entrance. "Come on." One of them said as the pair walked off.

"Ok. We have some clues to their whereabouts so let's start moving." Simba commanded as all the lionesses moved towards the Outlands.

The remaining lion guard stepped forwards and faced the king. Ono was the one who decided to speak. "What do you want us to do your majesty?"

Simba did want as much help as they could with finding his son and mate but he couldn't leave the Pridelands unattended. "Would you mind staying in the Pridelands? I don't want anything awful happening."

"Affirmative." Ono saluted with his wing as the other four nodded.
