shawn came over to my house today and we spoke and did fun activities together and then we went out for some walks. it was amazing hanging around with him. he's just the person that puts a smile on my face all the time and i never met a guy like that before. shawn treats me like i'm something more to him and he's careful around me and he looks out for me when everything is wrong and he makes me laugh sometimes in a weird way, which is technically what i do. shawn was more than a best friend to me, he was more like a brother but right now, he was more to me than just a brother. he was special. 

we were sitting on the grass to relax for a bit and we spoke there.

shawn: "can i ask u something?"

alessia: "sure."

shawn: "would u want to collaborate with me?"

alessia: "if i want to make a song with u?"

shawn: "yea, i mean, a lot of people have been asking for a collaborate so i think we should make a song together, don't u think?"

alessia: "yea i think so too."

shawn: "so would u want to do it?"

alessia: "of course."

he smiled.

alessia: "i've always been wanting u to ask this question to me for such a long time."

shawn: "really? why?"

alessia: "because it has always been my dream to make a song with u."

shawn: "really?"

alessia: "yea."

shawn: "me too, your voice is so beautiful."

i smiled.

alessia: "aww thank u."

shawn: "i mean it, your voice is incredible. i have never heard such an amazing voice, your voice is unique and it needs to be heard all around the world.  you are inspiring and incredible and the most amazing artist ever. u deserve to all the credit."

i chuckled softly.

alessia: "you're a really sweet guy, you know that?"

shawn: "you have a gift, alessia. a really good one."

alessia: "thank u so much, i appreciate that."

shawn: "can i ask u one more thing?"

alessia: "of course."

shawn: "do u think i'm special?"

alessia: "haha, why are u asking me this?

shawn: "i'm just a curious guy."

alessia: "yes, i think you're special."

shawn: "really?"

alessia: "of course."

shawn: "i think you're special then too."

i smiled.

alessia: "you always know how to make me smile."

shawn: "i know i do, a girl like u should be smiling and not feeling so blue."

alessia: "haha you're the best."

shawn: "haha so are you."

from that moment, it became silent and we were lost in each other's eyes.

alessia: "shawn..."

shawn: "yea?"

alessia: "there's something i need to tell u..."

shawn: "what is it?"

alessia: "i-"

before i could finish what i was gonna say, shawn's phone rang.

shawn: "i'm sorry, i have to take this.."

he got up and walked to the other side of where i was and answered his call. as i was waiting for him to get off, i heard him. it's like he was talking to another person. when i heard him say "i love you", i lost it. but when he got off the phone, he walked by up to me.

alessia: "so u actually have a girlfriend?"

shawn: "yea.."

alessia: "you didn't tell me this..."

shawn: "oh yea i was going to, but i forgot...."

i looked as if i wanted to cry but didn't wanna let my tears show.

shawn: "so you were saying...?"

alessia: "never mind, i have to go..."

i got up and started walking away. as i was walking away, shawn held onto my hand.

shawn: "alessia, wait! come on!"

i didn't look because i didn't want to cry right in front of him. i ignored him and slowly let go of his hand and walked away. i couldn't believe it was true. he actually had a girlfriend and it hurts me that he had one. i had feelings for him but it wasn't good enough. there was no point of telling him. it was too late. i headed home and cried in my room without saying no words to anyone and i locked myself in my room.
