Today was a very hard day for me because I recently lost someone. Ever since Desire left this world, i've been pretty quiet the whole day. I didn't even to step out of my room or to do anything. Even if someone tried to convince me to come down, I wouldn't do it. As I was laying on my bed upset, my mom knocked on the door.

Mom: "You've locked yourself in your room for a while, come out."

Alessia: "i don't want to.."

Mom: "i know you're upset about Desire but locking yourself in your room is not gonna help. Come downstairs so we can talk."

Alessia: "I don't want to talk to or see anybody..."

Mom: "You can't be like this forever.."

Alessia: "I know..."

Mom: "If Shawn came over, would you want to see him?"

Alessia: (sighs) "if he's the only person that can take my mind off what happened, then yes."

Mom: "Oh good, because he's here right now."

I immediately got up from my bed.

Alessia: "WHAT?!!! I LOOK LIKE A MESS RIGHT NOW!! DID YOU SERIOUSLY JUST LET HIM IN?!!"

Mom: "Yea, he wanted to give you something to cheer you up. That's why i let him in."

Alessia: (sighs) "Okay, tell him to give me 5 minutes because I need to wash my face from my tears."

Mom: "Okay."

I washed my face and then fixed my hair. And when I was done, I went downstairs.

Shawn: "Hey."

Alessia: "Hey.."

Shawn: "Sorry about what happened with Desire..."

Alessia: "Thanks..."

Shawn: "I bought something for you.."

Alessia: "You really didn't have to do that.."

Shawn: "I just figured you'd need something to make you smile."

I smiled a little.

Alessia: "It was really sweet of you to think about me, thank you."

Shawn: "Well, i'm gonna let you go because you might need some space to feel better."

Alessia: "Uh..actually, can u stay?"

Shawn: "But don't you need-"

Alessia: "I need you."

We both headed upstairs to talk. We spoke a little bit about Desire which put me in tears. Every single time I would cry, Shawn was there by my side. He would hold onto my hand to keep me strong and he would give me hugs and light kisses. I guess Shawn was the only person I was able to talk to out of everyone. We both cuddled together as we sat. I was laying on Shawn as I spoke to him and after all that sad talk, I ended up falling asleep and so did he.
