Time to Take Rest

~A month later June 28th~

Shawn p.o.v

Alessia was gonna take lots of rest today because she wasn't feeling so good. I decided to take off from performing today to watch over Alessia. The time was almost here which was pretty quick. I met Alessia sitting in the bed.

Alessia: "You're not going to perform?"

Shawn: "No."

Alessia: "Why not?"

Shawn: "Because you're not feeling well, I can't leave you by yourself.."

Alessia: "Shawn, it's okay.."

Shawn: "I have to be here.."

Alessia: "Did you tell your fans that you weren't able to perform tonight?"

Shawn: "Yea I did."

Alessia: "Okay."

Shawn: "How are you feeling right now?"

Alessia: "I feel pain.."

Shawn: "Where?"

Alessia: "Just on the side, and a lot of movement."

Shawn: "It's gonna be okay."

Alessia: "Yea.."

Shawn: "I can't wait for him to be here."

Alessia: "Me too."

After that, Alessia started to get a headache.

Shawn: "You okay?"

Alessia: "I've had a headache since this morning and it came back again.."

Shawn: "Wow, you seem to be sick or something."

Alessia: "No, I'm fine..I think it's just some symptoms.."

Shawn: "Do you want to rest on the bed?"

Alessia: "Yea.."

Shawn and i headed to the bedroom together.

Shawn: "Did you eat anything?"

Alessia: "Yea like 2 hours ago.."

Shawn: "Did you drink anything?"

Alessia: "Yeah, why?"

Shawn: "I'm trying to figure out what's causing to act like this.."

Alessia: "Shawn, I'm fine. He's gonna be here soon. That's why I'm feeling like this, I'll be better later during the day maybe.."

Shawn: "Well, I'm just here for you. I don't want you to be feeling like this. It's not making me happy."

She held onto my hand.

Alessia: "I won't be like this forever, don't worry.."

I kissed her on the forehead.

Shawn: "I love you."

Alessia: "I love you too."

Shawn: "I'ma let you get some sleep.."

Alessia: "Yea, I am actually really tired.."

I kissed her on the forehead again and she fell asleep. I left the room to give her privacy. She slept for about 3 hours and she was feeling energetic but still feeling a little sick. Her headache was gone which was good.

Shawn: "So you're okay now?"

Alessia: "Yea, I'm good.."

Shawn: "Okay."

We ate dinner and then we relaxed. After an hour of relaxing, Alessia started to feel strange and she was taking deep breaths and was starting to sweat a little.

Shawn: "Alessia, are you okay?"

Alessia: (sighs) "i think...my water...just broke."

Shawn: "Right now?"

Alessia: "Yea.."

Shawn: "Are you sure?"

Alessia: "Yea..."

Shawn: "Someone call the doctor!"

Olivia: "I got it!"

Olivia called the doctor and Alessia was placed down on the bed. The doctor came within 10 minutes.

Doctor: "Okay, I need everyone to clear the room. But the father can stay."

Everyone cleared the room but Shawn. Shawn stood by my side and together, we welcomed our Asher. The birth was a pretty success. Asher was right in my arms sleeping peacefully.

Alessia: "He's perfect..."

Shawn: "He really is.."

Doctor: "Congrats on your baby boy, guys."

Alessia: "Thank you so much."

The doctor left and everyone quietly entered the room.

Alessia: "Say hi to Asher, everyone.."

Olivia: "Omg Ale, he's so cute.."

Eric: "I got something in my eye.."

Olivia: "Eric.."

Eric wiped off his tears. We circled around together looking at Asher.

Birth Date: June 28th, 2019 at 6:55pm

He was suppose to be a July baby but he came 2 days before which was still okay. I was really happy he was here.
