i wake up feeling josh's body against the back of mine. i felt really safe with his arms around me. i stretched which felt sooo nice. i haven't slept that good in ages. i turn around, still in his arms, which wakes him a bit. i watch him slowly open his eyes.
me: you're a light sleeper. josh: goodmorning kate *laughs
his deep tired voice was so attractive. i give him a quick kiss on the cheek
me: goodmorning josh *smiles*
and i lay my head on his chest.
josh: i don't want you to ever leave. me: i don't want to leave either. but if i plan on staying here in new york i have to go to work to make money so i can survive *laughs* josh: i know i know.
he gently pulls my face towards his and he lightly kisses me.
josh: i'm gonna make you some breakfast before you leave so you're not hungry.
before i can say anything, he gently let's go of me and gets out of bed. i curl up in the covers and watch him put a shirt on and then walk out. he closes the door behind him. i decide to finally get up and i put on a pare of his sweats and his hoodie. i lay down on his bed and check my phone for about 10 minutes. he comes back in the room with a plate in his hand of food on it and sets it on his dresser.
josh: i made you some eggs. me: josh you didn't have to do that. josh: yes, i did. because i know you're not gonna make yourself anything to eat before leaving your apartment.
i smile at how he wants to make sure i'm not hungry.
me: thank you, josh.
i start to get up but he comes and scoops me up, bridal style.
me: josh *laughs* what are you doing?
he flips me over and puts me over his shoulder.
me: AHHH OH my god josh!!
we both start laughing so hard. he grabs his phone really fast and takes a picture. he finally puts me down and he sends it to me.
josh: oh my god that's hilarious. me: and cute. josh: we should both make it our first insta couple pic for those that didn't see that live of us announcing it. me: yessss, okay let's post at the same time.
