september 7th

after i woke up the next morning. i went to the kitchen to make myself some breakfast. allissa walked in and stood there staring at me, leaning against the wall. i turn around to see her..

me: ...what?
allissa: you just look really happy and glowy this morning.
me: i always am.
allissa: not like this. you're acting different.
me: in a bad way..?
allissa: no. *smirks* i think someone might be fond of a guy..

i start laughing and she walks over to me while i'm cooking eggs

allissa: ...you like him.
me: woah allissa. i don't know about like yet..
allissa: seriously kate?
me: okay maybe. also, did you know all those guys including josh are tiktok famous??
allissa: whatttt no way.

we try to look them up and find their social media's. they all have millions of followers on everything. we find all the guy's names that josh is with..

allissa looks at me, smiles, and continues to cook the eggs for me. i click in josh's contact and call him.

josh: hey beautiful.
me: heyyy josh *laughs* how r you feeling?
josh: not the greatest, but thank you for taking care of me last night when no one else was.

oh my god he remembered. no no no!

me: oh..uh yah no problem anytime. um you remembered?
josh: only bits and pieces. i remember puking on your dress. i am so so sorry.
me: no it's okay, don't worry about it

hopefully that's all he remembered..

josh's POV:
i cant tell her i remembered that i saw her naked in the bathroom when her towel fell. she'll think im a perv.

kate's POV:

josh: well as an apology for last night and a thank you, i want to take you dress shopping today. it's my treat.

take me dress shopping??! aahhh omg.

me: you really don't have to josh.
josh: no i insist. my treat. i'll pick you up at 4pm? send me your address?
me: you're too nice, yes that's perfect. i get off work at 3. i'll see you later.
josh: can't wait, bye kate.
me: bye josh.

i hang up and just smile

allissa: ooooo what are y'all's plans?
me: he wants to pick me up and take me dress shopping.
allissa: oh my god.... he's SOOOO into you kate-

i walk to my room to put on my uniform for work. (i work at a coffee shop)
