i was walking out of the elevator when i saw josh standing outside the doors and he was holding something. when i opened the doors, i realized he had daisy's in his hand. his face lit up when he saw my presence and i blushed, trying to hide it. i walked towards him, grabbed the flowers and he put his arms around me. i hugged him back. we step back and he looks at me for a moment..
josh: ...wow. me: what? *chuckles* josh: you are the most beautiful girl i've ever seen i swear.
my heart fluttered a little and i began to blush even more.
me: thank you josh *smiles* and you're the cheesiest guy i've ever met *grabbing the flowers*
we both laugh.
he opened the car door for me. once we got inside, the car started moving.
me: i just realized...how do you know i love daisy's anyway? *smelling the flowers* josh: i just know you so well i guess *shrugs* me: *rolls eyes* josh: okay i did ask allissa. me: *laughs* where are we going?? josh: that's a surprise. me: another surprise? *claps excitedly*
josh laughs at my little dance and we continue to talk. i couldn't believe i was sitting here with the josh richards on our way to a surprise date that he has planned... i think it's hilarious that i hated him at first and now we've become close...and now i have no idea what i'm going to do. he drives me crazy i swear. when i moved to new york, i was not prepared for any of this to happen. i mean who would be honestly?
it was about a thirty minute drive and i realized we were in bronxville. after we were dropped off on a side walk, we walked for a little bit until we turned and started walking through some woods and made it to the destination. the view was breathtaking...

me: josh..i don't know what to say.. josh: i stayed up last night trying to plan this. i wanted it to be perfect. me: and you're doing all this for a girl you've known for two weeks? josh: i feel like i've known you forever already, kate. so of course.
he stared down at me, smiling. i still was speechless. we sat down and ate and talked about the most random things. we always had something to talk about. it started getting dark out, so he lit up a few lanterns. we laid on the dock and looked at the stars..for hours it felt like.

he then sat up and looked at me.
josh: kate, i need to ask you something.
i sat up and looked at him for a moment.
